When placing an order online using a birthday code that was emailed to me, when I confirmed my order in addition to the cigars I ordered I was to receive, 2 coffee cups, 2 espresso cups & an ashtray. These items were all listed when I was asked to confirm my order, which I did. When the order confirmation email arrived the ash tray & espresso cups were not listed. I called and spoke to Rebecca. She told me because I used the birthday code the other items were removed. I requested that the order be canceled, she told me that the warehouse already printed the order and it could not be canceled. I asked for a supervisor and she disconnected the call when I told her I was not happy with her performance.
Desired outcome: Either provide missing items of cancel order with 100% refund. Also, cancel membership that I paid for that provides free shipping. I will not deal with a company that provides inferior customer service.
