I tried booking on smartfares website, they didn’t confirm my booking, then an agent named Bryan called me and gave me an option of changing my route in order to get the discounted rate I tried to book, I refused then he asked me to confirm cancellation, I replied with a cancellation confirmation. Few days after I got charged twice for the same ticket.
