Yesterday, November 21, I ordered through Skip the Dishes, from Moxie's, order # 222770410. For over half an hour, the notice on the order was "Confirming the order". When I chatted with several customer service staff, they were unhelpful, and one of them ever disconnected twice without answering any questions. That is extraordinarily rude and disrespectful. It took me hours to at least get confirmation that I got my money back. It completely ruined my day, I had to personally drive to pick up food elsewhere, hours later. I will never again use Skip the Dishes and I will make sure to let everyone know through every social media means available what an unprofessional company this is. Fortunately, there are other options out there. Shameful behaviour. It is useless to demand any money from them, but it should be known that this is how this company operates, so customers can find out and go elsewhere for services. They offered $5 coupon, but that would require me to use their services again, which will NEVER happen.

    I totally agree with you. I use uber eats now way better. I also refuse to go to any restaurant that uses skip. The worst part is I get the same speech from skip that my money is refunded and its not . Like how can the driver just disappear with food lmfao
