MonTransport driver no-show after agreed location change

To simplify the whole case it is I contacted the driver via whatsapp to change the pick up location and time (as this is the only way) then the driver agreed the change (as shown on the whatsapp images attached) and I reconfirmed three times. However on that day the driver didnt show up in the new location we agreed. I dont know why but from my whatsapp...

MonTransport Last minute cancellations

Last-minute cancellations. Other offers in the mail, 2 to 3 times more expensive. Hooliganism. Run away from this company, it will be the best way to make them change their behaviour.
