What an awful service. Unbelievable that someone can spend 3 hours chatting with a manager just to understand what happened to an order. Such a waste of time. My order was small, so I don't understand how this could cause such a long resolution. Anyway, my order never arrived, my questions weren't answered, I wasn't helped, no refund. I lost money.

I Contacted the Chat Line But They said they can’t resolved it .. the courier driver didn’t call me as per my instructions…. That is not even our house door ..
Food was left out in the rain and delivered 1 1/2 hours early I had a pre order delivery time of 5 pm returned home at 3:30 pm and food is ice cold
There is a "Skip the Dishes, Winnipeg, MB" charge on my Master Card account that I DID NOT MAKE, $47.39 charged Nov. 4th, posted Nov. 6th.
I have used the service once or twice in Lethbridge, Alberta, never in Winnipeg, and not in the last couple of years. My home is in a rural Saskatchewan area. I've never placed an order there.

Google maps sends drivers to wrong address. My house address is 5147 Bath Rd and the map sends them to 5775 Bath Rd. Today the driver told me that my address is wrong! I have to direct them to my address.

Horrible customer service. Waited over 1 hour and 15 min for order. My order was cold and can't issue me refund. Spoke to two agents who didn't help me and told me they do anything for me. I made my order 4.50 pm and the order was delivered at 6.15 pm cold. My order number was [protected]

On Dec 30 a skip the dishes driver brought Popeyes to my front door. We did not order the food. We were out of town for the week. After ringing the doorbell and not getting a response they banged on the glass screen door shattering the glass. I have attached pictures of my door, the food and the receipt.

Ordered some food for a friend last night, order 05363. Friday Sept. 23 5:45 PM. Courier showed up missing the blueberry muffin. If you can't get a simple order right, why should I patronize you? The lady can't get out to get things.

Driver almost ran into my son and another person and she clearly seen them both Licence plate is SKRSKR don't know of the name as she was making a delivery across from us but the driver was a young woman. Area is belmead west edmonton area 93 ave.
Why is the Original Chicken Bucket (6 pcs) and Two Larges Sides $29.89 on the Skip the Dishes menu and when you google the KFC menu online the same meal is $25.99?

i do not have an account with skip the dishes and never received orders from them. my credit card was charged with these amounts.
Very rude behaviour of Jaspreet K, I am just not sure how skip the dishes work, have to wait for hours to het reply and and than they left chat without any solution. Very unprofessional approach from the team
when I recieved my order the salads were missing. kfc stated the driver recieved them. on my last order I recieved the driver gave me the completely wrong order and I had to wait for him to bring mine.
I am missing a full order of chicken wings and fries. The delivery person dropped the food and vanished. When I tried to call the cell number it was a remote number and no response. I called the restaurant and they said that they sent the 3 orders of wings.

Skip the dishes charged me $11.80 for the order I didn't place. They don't have any record who placed the order where it was delivered and nothing . So y they charged me .
You [censored]ing stealing [censored] ripped off my daughter for her food. She ordered never received it and now the company refuses to refund her for the food. [censored]ing thieving [censored]. Their customer service centre apologized for her not getting her food refunded the fees for delivery and tip but not the food itself.
I got the wrong order. This has shrimp in it and my wife is deathly allergic. I cant touch it. And I haven't been able to contact on the chat at all. My wife ordered the noodles and now has no dinner. ..with no way to rectify the situation! The problem with the chat has been on going for some time now. Unacceptable...
I have tried for two months to order from skip and it keeps saying payment failed. I have even tried to pay cash. Same thing. I have deleted the app and reinstated the app. Same thing. I can't use use it from my phone or other devices. I have used Skip since it first came out with no issues. Now I can't use it at all
The cannot get my order right and consistently forget items it's frustrating and leaves me hungry. They only have one job but cant seem to do the simplest of things to achieve delivery of all the correct things in the order.
Delivery person peed in elevator in my building.
They literally peed there pants.
The elevator was filled with pee and I had to clean it up.

My account got hacked and someone ordered $110+ worth of food. I contacted Skip The Dishes but I was told that someone would contact me to resolve it but it's been 12 hours and no response.
I ordered my food today at 3:14 and it reached to me after 4:30 and the food was really cold and spoiled.
Highly disappointed from the service.
Tonight (August 15th, 2019) I submitted an order to skipthedishes.com. I received someone else's order but my phone is broken so I had to cut off the chat. Online didn't work - asked me to submit a message instead of opening chat. Fortunately I had their number (they called me to cancel a previous order) but they will not answer! Been waiting 1hr!
So there is a driver named sean simmons he not only preys on little girls and beats them up but when i confronted him he ran to his car and flipped me off as he said he was off to find more little girls i am wanting for him to get fired and hopefully go to jail
