I’m extremely frustrated with how my return has been handled.
I placed an order for £141.40 during Black Friday, with 30% off each item clearly shown at checkout. All items were returned unused. Based on what I actually paid, the refundable amount for the returned items should be £113.40, minus the £7 return fee SKIMS requires. That means I should receive £106.40.
However, the return receipt shows only £94.50 being refunded for the items, with no clear explanation of how this figure was calculated.
I’ve emailed help@skims.com
five times and received no response. The only replies I got were from one agent, Rocel — either generic policy copy-and-paste responses or messages shifting responsibility to customs, without answering my actual question, when I asked directly whether this was a calculation error, or I asked for return full items, I received no further reply at all.
At this point, I’m not asking for policy links. I’m asking for a clear explanation of the refund calculation, or confirmation that a mistake has been made. It’s also concerning that only one agent appears to be handling this and then stopped responding.
This has been a very disappointing customer experience.
