I am reaching out to you for assistance regarding an order I placed with prepayment on February 7.
According to the seller, the delivery was supposed to take up to 3 days. However, I have not received any shipment confirmation, delivery update, or valid tracking information.
The tracking link provided in my personal account leads to a suspicious website, and when I try to check the tracking number with legitimate delivery companies, the shipment is not found.
I have attempted to contact the seller multiple times by email and chat, but I have received no response.
Could you please advise whether this shipment exists in your system or assist in verifying the tracking information?
