Skechers USA sketchers shape up shoes

I have four pairs of these that I rotate so they're all in good shape. Well, they were until I went on a trip to PA in October. I sent an earlier complaint but never heard from you.
So here I am again. These shoes have been wonderful because I have flat feet from running track and field without good shoes when I was younger. Wearing your shoes I can be on my feet 8 hours at work without pain! Knowing that I can't buy them anymore is scary for me so I take good care of these shoes.
Imagine my shock when the sole of my shoe came loose as I stood up from the dinner table! In a restaurant no less and rather embarrassing!
Please find me a replacement pair is size 8 wide for women. I really need these shoes.
I am attaching pictures so you can see they were well taken care of and also how the sole detached.
Anxious to hear your reply ASAP please.

Skechers USA running shoes

This is not so much a complaint but some praise for your product. My Skechers are the most comfortable shoe I ever had the privilege of putting on my feet. You can walk in them all day long and not have tired feet at the end of the day.but one shoe has the front of the sole separating from the rest of the shoe. I'm not looking to get a refund. I want a new pair of runners. They are the best. I don't have a lot of money, and only one pair of running shoes. I'm hoping you will replace them free of charge. They are the memory foam Skechers mostly white, size 13 US. By far, the best I have ever had the privilege of wearing. Thank You.

Skechers USA skechers shape-ups

I have three pairs of Sketchers Shape-ups.
I also have two pairs of Work shoes. I have been satisfied because I have plantar faciatis and find these shoes make being on my feet all day at work possible. These shoes have been well taken care of. The bottom heel sections started peeling and cracking awhile back. Today the sole, which turns out to be a piece of foam (!) almost totally came off the shoe!
For $100.+ these shoes should not fall apart! These pictures show these shoes have not been abused!
I know you don't make this style anymore but hope you have some stock left over in size 8 to replace this pair that is defective.

Skechers USA d'lites sneakers as advertised by camila cabello

The shoes have a fantastic exterior design, but the interior needs a revamp on the sole material; it is somewhat thick. For example: a size 7 (for the ladies), will not exactly be that size because the cushion of the sole pushes the foot up much too tight against the top portion of the shoe. The cushion should show less and with an exaggerated arch.

Skechers USA new memory foam air cooled skechers shoes falling apart

I bought these shoes about 3 weeks ago and the threads on the toes are coming out and the toes are falling apart. Soon they wont be useable at all, they are a good fitting with good comfort shoe but no durability.

I'm 59 years old so I'm not very hard on shoes now, nothing like a 25 year old would be.

I would like a response to see if this is common or do I just have a bad pair. This is the first time I have ever had problems with Sketcher shoes. Please email me and I will send pictures then

Skechers USA girls skechers shoes.. air star jumpers size 4

I have always liked skechers shoes, I always buy them for myself, that being said, I decided to spend the money because she loved the look of this shoe. To my disappointment and surprise after only 3 weeks they started falling apart and becoming discolored. I am very unhappy and unsure whether to ever buy this brand again, which really is upsetting to me because just in my family we usually buy ( adults) over 6 pairs a year each.

Skechers USA shape up skechers

The last two pairs of shape up sketchers have been very disappointing. The sole on the sides of the shoe starts disintegrating. The last pair started in less than a month. I do wear them when it rains but that was never a problem before. They have always been my favorite shoe. I love the support and the way they make my legs feel but I don't plan to buy anymore until this problem is resolved. Thank you! Again I love this shoe. Make it like you did when it first came out😊

My complaint is the same as Winnie Baird's. I had four pair of Skechers Shape Ups and the sole material (that she calls side material) disintegrated when they were sitting in the closet. Skechers essentially told me to shove it.

Skechers USA girls size 4 tennis shoes

Bought sketcher's less than 2 months ago and they look horrible. Outside is covered with some type of mesh that has gold stars on it. The fabric has ripped and frayed into big holes on both shoes and they look dirty and cheap. They weren't cheap and have only been worn to school. I expected better and have always bought this brand, not again. Granddaughter will have to wear till spring, so I get some satisfaction from telling others about this inferior product. Would send a picture if I knew how to attach it.

Skechers USA men’s athletic shoes

I purchased the Men's Athletic Shoes size 12W on 8/13/2018. After wearing them for 3 days they started separating on the front part at the toe area, and the sides starting separating on both sides, front and back of both shoes. I am highly disappointed with the quality and craftsmanship of these shoes. I had always heard great things about Skechers shoes, so I decided to give them a try. Now I'm rethinking my decision. I am attaching pictures of the damage they started to have just after 3 days of wearing them, along with a copy of the receipt where I purchased them. Can you refund my money or send me another pair to try?

Skechers USA sketchers shoes purchased are defective

Dear Sketchers Customer care team and Star Mall Team,

It has been very very bad experience of my first ever experience of Sketchers shoes, first time in my life I had purchased these shoes of Sketchers.

Two pair I purchased one for me and one for my wife, my pair has been at defect and threads are coming coming from everywhere but you denied it straight away. Okay fine!

Now why should I wear the shoes of Rs. 2500/- with defect, I would rather wear Rs. 500 Sparx shoes better than Sketchers literally!.

I have left my pair at Star Mall with no resolution, my money will be wasted but I will have some relief if I don't see the shoes again and again daily. I left shoes at 3:20 aproxxbtiming on 15th September 2018.

I would rather give Sketchers of my wife to some beggers, the quality level of shoes of sketchers for sure to come out of this mess.

Skechers USA the worst shoe I have ever owned.

I have worn these shoes in the kitchen for a month, and the are coming apart all around and are not at all a good pair of shoes. They are also the most expensive shoe I have ever had, 70 dollars of pure junk. I feel I should go outside the store with them and a sign and tell everyone not to spend their money on them. I hate these shoes. I have called the company and got no answer and requested a call back 2 times and have not got a reply. Your service and products suck.

Skechers USA memory foam walk shoes sn22604w color: black

I purchased these shoes not even 5 months ago. I only wore them a few times. The soles are falling apart and detaching. I don't usually ever have a complaint about Skechers because I just love your product. I buy Skechers exclusively. I spent almost $80 on these shoes and I would think that I could wear them more than a few times and not have them fall apart.
I took them back to Fred Meyers in Bonney Lake, WA to maybe just exchange them. Unfortunately, their return policy has lapsed. I was referred to your website.

Is there anything that can be done? I cannot afford to replace these.

Skechers USA customer discrimination

Dear Sir: I am a retired 63 yr. old female Guidance Counselor who loves your sketchers sneakers. I own 4 pairs. Your sneakers are so comfortable I bought one pr. for my 88 yr. old aunt and other pr. for my 90 yr. old mother. WE LOVE THEM! I normally buy Sketcher at your store in the Garden State Mall in Elizabeth, New Jersey because I can get them for about $10.00 cheaper in your outlet store(I've also purchased in NYC). However, the reason why I'm writing you is that when I've gone to the Sketcher store at the Mill at the Garden State Mall in Elizabeth, N.J. to look at new arrivals or consider purchasing another pair of sneakers, I've been approached by more than one salesperson within a 3-5 minute period after entering the store asking do I need help. Today, [protected]) I was approached by 3 sales people within a 3-5 minute period asking did I need help. Although the 3 sales reps. were polite ; I notice there were other people in the store that were not approached. This is not the 1st time that this has happened to me in this particular Sketcher store at the Garden State Mall in Elizabeth, New Jersey. This is a self-help outlet store where products are stacked up and the customer has to locate their size. If I were having a problem locating a size I would ask for assistance. However, it can be annoying when you're trying to make a decision about purchasing an item and examining a product when a sales rep. interrupts the thought process. Excuse me, did I mention I was African American. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the sales reps. at this particular store be given some extra sensitivity training when approaching particularly African American customers. I feel as if these sales reps. have already been trained to keep their eyes on African American customers and to approach them as soon as they walk into the store. It is insulting and offensive that I feel I can't shop in peace at this store or any store without feeling harassed. I know you may say" well if the treatment at this store offends you shop at another store". My response to that is why should I have to shop at another store because of the color of my skin. I have experience this type of discrimination several times at this store and today I was just sick and tired of being sick and tired. Skechers USA product delivery

I had placed an order in store for shoes to be delivered to my house for my children for there first day of school. Shoes were never delivered, package was lost . I contacted Fedex who initiated a investigation and then a week later I was told to contact sketchers fo initate a claim due to package being lost. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. Sketcher has me wait over a month and then told me they can't refund me for something I never received

Dear Sir,
I am a regularly using Sketchers shoes since 2015, as I have some problem in my feet and Sketchers is very comfortable for me.My last purchase was on July end and it is very bad experience for me from Sketchers shoes.After 3 Use the shoes became shaped out from soul and I cant walk properly with this Shoes.I am living in Kuwait.I bought it for 25.950 Kuwaiti dinars.If you can check and sort out the problem of that particular product it will good for your product image.This is the first time I felt that Sketchers is not like before.For your kind information.Pls do the needful.

Skechers USA skechers premium sneakers

I purchased a pair of Skechers Premium sneakers in January 2018. They are not me everyday sneakers. I only wore them a few times and the shoe is coming apart from the sole on the left one and where the on the right shoe on the inside the first 2 metal eyelets there is a big circle around them where the leather is tearing out of the shoe. I love the brand have always bought them after this pair I'm truly unhappy with them. Only having them 8 months and only wearing them sparingly they should not be literally falling apart. Will not be buying another pair of Skechers, sorry to say.

Skechers USA sketchers non slip shoes

I work in retail and I have to have non slips that you don't slip in. I wore them to work and I almost broke my ankle. I paid $65.00. I live pay check to paycheck. I have four kids and I need my money back because I had to get another pair from another store and I can't were them for work. These are not shoes that you could wear on a daily basis. I want my money back.

I bought a pair of nonslip sneakers and fell twice in one night! My knee is so badly beuised that I might have to see a doctor! I want my money back so I can buy a new pair before I kill my self!

Skechers USA slip on womens casual shoes

These shoes were purchased in June of this summer and have fallen apart! The backs have shredded out completely and cant be worn. I have purchased sketchers as my primary shoes for years and have never had them fall apart like this. I expect a replacement pair size 10 or will never purchase another pair and will also share with my friends, although most have seem these ugly shoes that have fallen apart. Your shoes are not cheap and I would expect you to want happy customers. My next step will be to contact the Better business bureau! Is that enough for you to take time out of your busy schedule to respond to my request. Shame on you for making this process so difficult!

Skechers USA skechers (dubai mall store)

Rude staff with a bad attitude, I used to be a customer of skechers for years.. but not any more you should teach the staff how to treat the customers and how to spike politely (Khaled & Aman) is the worst staff I ever met in my life
They are reflecting how bad is the customer service in Apparel Group UAE or Skechers brand when it's owned by un professional people
I belive if they don't know anything called a customer service
I demand they HR to issue a warning letter for both of them and send them straight to a customer service training

Skechers USA black sneakers gratis-in motion leisure

I bought a pair of sneakers Gratis In Motion Leisure in Black.. size 7... Wore them a few times and the right sneaker ripped by the toe. the left one is almost brand new. I am very disgusted. I went to a store to purchase another pair.. but hesitate in buying the same style even though I loved the way the looked. Also they were selling for over 35.00 dollars... please advise.. This is the second notice!
