So, during the whole covid mess in 2020, I hit up Simply Barcodes to get some barcodes for my Amazon gig. They told me they knew what was up and that they worked with Amazon all the time. I dropped two grand on the barcodes and got them no problem. But when I tried to add them to Amazon, it was a nightmare. Amazon said the barcodes were already registered to some other company and I couldn't use them. I told Simply Barcodes and they said to tell Amazon that the barcodes belonged to the legal name of the company they sold them to me under. I told Amazon, but they still said no. I called Simply Barcodes again and asked for my money back, but they just laughed at me and blew me off. Now I'm stuck with $2,000 worth of barcodes I can't use and my Amazon business is dead in the water. Don't trust these guys, they don't care about their customers and they'll sell you useless stuff without a second thought.

I had some trouble with Amazon because of an invalid upc, so I decided to try Simply Barcodes. They gave me a paper from *** that said we could use the *** even though it belonged to another company. I asked them to explain the paper better because it didn't have our upc on it and it seemed like a standard form. I also asked them to tell me which company the upc belonged to, but they said they wouldn't look for other companies with similar names just to prove themselves. They said they had enough papers to show they were legit, but the paper they gave me was from before our company even existed and didn't have our upc on it.

We needed a barcode for our Amazon product on 2/15/2022. We found Simply Barcodes online and called them up. We didn't know anything about barcodes and needed help. They said they were the experts and sold us a code. We put it into Amazon but it got rejected because it was registered to another company in 2015. Amazon said our business name had to be the owner. These guys at Simply Barcodes are not professional, rude, and sell used barcodes. Don't buy from them. They talk over you on the phone and say their code should work even when Amazon rejects it. We called them five times and they couldn't solve our problem. When we asked for a refund of our $89.00, they said no refunds. So now we have a barcode we can't use, a rude and unprofessional business that blames us for their second-hand barcode not working, and we don't want to work with these people. We want a refund!
