Last year, I got the wrong pool fountain from Impressions Group Ottawa Inc. They said it would have lights that change, but it didn't. The manual they gave me was also for the light-changing one, and I paid more for that feature. Now, it's already installed, so it would cost a lot to change it. I think the company should pay for everything to fix it since they sold me the wrong one by mistake.

I got my stamped concrete done by Impressions Group Ottawa Inc. in Sep 2020. Concrete was poured on Oct 5. I had some issues with black spots and dusting lines, so I complained to them on Oct 20. They said they would do touch ups on Oct 26, but they couldn't grind the surface and left the site. I tried to contact them, but they didn't respond until I sent an email on Nov 5. They said they would have to wait until Spring 2021 to do the repairs due to weather. I didn't hear from them until I sent emails on May 6 and May 12, but they didn't answer. I told them that the surface had deteriorated over the winter and was so slippery that I had to post a liability sign. The owner, Earl, replied on May 20, saying that he had visited the site and viewed the front and side sidewalk, but not the back patio. He said they were looking at their schedule to figure out when they could come back. I haven't heard from them since May 20. I want them to repair the concrete and give me a partial refund.
