Picanova Terrible Experience with Picanova: Invalid Groupon Codes and Poor Customer Service

So, I bought two groupons from Picanova and I was really excited to use them. But when I tried to redeem them, I got an error message saying that the code was invalid. I tried several times, but it just wouldn't work. I was really frustrated and disappointed with this company. I mean, I've used groupons before and I've never had any problems. But this experience with Picanova was just terrible.

I tried to contact their customer service, but it was really difficult to get a hold of anyone. When I finally did, they were not very helpful. They just told me to try again later, but it still didn't work. I even tried to contact them through their website, but I never got a response.

Overall, I'm really disappointed with Picanova. I was really looking forward to using my groupons, but it just didn't work out. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Picanova Picanova's Delivery Promise Falls Short: My Canvas Print Still Missing After 18 Days

So, I ordered a canvas print from Picanova on March 13, 2014, and paid with my credit card. They said it would take 3, 7, or 10 days to deliver, depending on where you look on their site. But, it's already March 31st and I still haven't received it! I sent them an email, but they haven't responded yet. It's frustrating because my friend ordered a canvas print at the same time as me and got it delivered just 3 days later! Can you believe that? I'm feeling pretty disappointed right now.

Picanova Picanova's Prints Don't Match Your Photos - Inaccurate Colors and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, if you're looking for prints that'll match your photos, Picanova ain't the way to go. I mean, I uploaded my pics and they said the colours would be consistent, but they were way off! And I know what I'm talking about - I've got a screen and printer that are calibrated for colour accuracy. But these prints just didn't come close. And when I reached out to them about it, they just gave me the runaround instead of owning up to their mistake. Needless to say, I won't be using them again.

Picanova Picanova Review: Disappointing Customer Service and Delivery Delays

So, I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Picanova. I bought a Groupon from them back on November 29th, and I still haven't received my order. I mean, I get that it's the holiday season and all, but come on. I've tried calling them a bunch of times, but all I get is a recording telling me their office hours. And I can't even leave a message! What's up with that? I've also sent them a bunch of emails, but I haven't heard back from them at all. It's like they don't even care about their customers. Honestly, I wish I could give them a zero rating, but I guess I'll have to settle for one star. Bottom line: don't waste your money on Picanova.

Picanova Picanova Review: Poor Quality Canvas and Unhelpful Customer Service

So, I decided to give Picanova a try and ordered a canvas. But guess what? I received two canvases, and one of them was of someone I didn't even know! And to make matters worse, they charged me for both of them. The canvas that was supposed to be mine was of very poor quality, and I was not happy about it at all.

I tried to contact Picanova to sort out the issue, but they refused to admit that they were at fault. And after reading other reviews, I realized that this is a common complaint. I was so disappointed and exasperated by the whole experience that I have decided not to use them again.

Overall, my experience with Picanova was not a good one. The quality of the canvas was poor, and their customer service was not helpful at all. I would not recommend using them if you want a good quality canvas.

Picanova Disappointing Shipping Policy at Picanova.com

I just got a Groupon from Picanova.com and I was pretty excited to get my hands on some cool stuff. But when I called them up to see if I could get my order in 5-6 days, they told me that they only do STANDARD shipping. I mean, come on, I was willing to pay an extra $20 just to get it on time, but they wouldn't do it. It's really frustrating when you need something within a week and they won't budge. I hope they change their policy soon or they're going to lose a lot of customers.

Picanova Mixed Experience with Picanova.com: Be Careful Before Placing an Order

So, I tried out Picanova.com and it was a bit of a mixed bag. I uploaded a picture that I thought was suitable, but when my canvas arrived, the picture was small and tucked away in the corner. I was pretty disappointed, especially since the site didn't make it clear that I needed to crop the picture to size or that there wouldn't be a quality check to make sure I was getting a reasonable product.

When I complained, the company said it was my fault and didn't offer much help. I also found out that the company is based in Germany, which made it difficult to chase down any kind of introductory offer that might have been available.

Overall, I think Picanova.com has some potential, but new purchasers should definitely be careful and make sure they understand all the details before placing an order. I was pretty disappointed with my experience, but maybe others will have better luck.

Picanova Picanova Customer Service Frustration: No Response, No Delivery

So, I've been trying to get in touch with Picanova for a while now, but it's been a real struggle. I ordered something from them two weeks ago, and I still haven't received it. I've sent them a few emails, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. And when I tried calling them, I got nothing but a recorded message. It's really frustrating because I don't know what's going on with my order. I'm starting to worry that I might have been scammed. I hope my Christmas gift arrives on time, but I'm not holding my breath.

Picanova Picanova Review: Disappointing Experience with Groupon Deal

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about Picanova. I was really excited to use my Groupon for a 16x20 canvas, but when I got to the website, things just went downhill. First off, I couldn't figure out how to crop my picture - which is a pretty basic feature, if you ask me. And no matter how many times I tried, the site kept telling me that my picture wasn't suitable for that size. What gives, Picanova?

I was so frustrated that I ended up calling their customer service line. I explained the situation and asked if I could at least downgrade to a smaller size, but they told me that wasn't an option. So, I had to go through the hassle of getting my money back from Groupon. Not cool, Picanova.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience. I was really looking forward to getting a canvas print, but the website just didn't deliver. If you're thinking about using Picanova, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

Picanova Terrible Experience with Picanova.com: Cropped Images and Unhelpful Customer Service

I want to share my experience with Picanova.com. I was excited to order some canvases from them, but unfortunately, I had a terrible experience. When I uploaded my images, their software automatically cropped them without my permission. This caused me to lose some important details on the edges of my images. I was very disappointed and frustrated with this.

To make matters worse, when I tried to contact their customer service, I was met with aggressive and unhelpful responses. They did not seem to care about my complaints and were not willing to help me resolve the issue. This was very upsetting to me, as I had high expectations for a company based in Germany.

Overall, I would not recommend Picanova.com to anyone. My experience was the worst internet purchase I have made in 15 years. I feel like I was robbed of ?30 and the canvases I received were not even worth keeping. If you are considering using this company, I would advise you to avoid them like the plague. You have been warned!
