All Sticker Printing

I've been ordering from this company for 3 years now for my biz. Always super fast turnaround and good quality.

The ordering process, sending artwork, and getting my order was spot on. No issues at all, and the product was exactly what I wanted and needed.

Don't rely on this company for good customer service. We've been loyal to All Sticker Printing for a few years and always liked their product. But on our last order, they sent the wrong artwork in the original proof (an old logo). They fixed it and sent a second proof, which I approved for printing. But when we got the order, the stickers had the wrong artwork again. We contacted them, expecting them to fix the mistake by reprinting the 3000 stickers we paid for. Instead, they said the stickers we got were still usable and offered a discount on a future order, ignoring their mistake. I told them this was unacceptable and they should give us the correct product. They agreed to reprint them if we returned the wrong stickers, so I agreed. Then they changed their mind and asked us to pay for half of the new order. I told them I just wanted the product we already bought. They said okay and started printing the correct stickers. They also changed their mind about returning the old stickers and asked for pictures or video instead, which I sent. When we got the "corrected" order, it was only 1000 stickers, and they asked for video of us throwing away the old ones. It felt like they were trying to hold their mistake against us. They should have done everything possible to make sure we got what we paid for, without making us go through all this trouble. As someone who works in the industry and in retail, this is terrible business. We've spent thousands of dollars with All Sticker Printing over the past two years, but that ends today. I'll make sure to warn everyone to avoid All Sticker Printing at all costs. They don't care about customer loyalty at all!
