Signs.com Mixed Experience with Signs.com: Great Customer Service, Decent Quality, but Specialty Cut Disappointment

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try out Signs.com for my latest project. I mean, who doesn't love a good custom sticker, am I right? Overall, I was pretty pleased with my experience, but there were definitely a few hiccups along the way.

Let's start with the good stuff. First off, the customer service on the phone was top-notch. I had a few questions about my order and the person I spoke with was super helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for the chat support. When I had to cancel my original order, I tried to do it through the chat feature and it was a total nightmare. I ended up having to call in anyway, which was a bit of a bummer.

But hey, let's talk about the decals themselves. The price was definitely right, and the turn around time was pretty quick. I was a little disappointed with the quality of the color in some of the larger areas, but honestly, for the price, I can't really complain too much. It's not like I was expecting museum-quality prints or anything.

Now, here's where things get a little dicey. I had ordered a specialty cut-to-order sticker, which was the whole reason for my original order. But when I received my package, it was just a plain old rectangle. I was pretty frustrated, because I could have just ordered a rectangle for less money and cut it myself. I mean, what's the point of offering a specialty cut if you're not actually going to do it? I ended up having to cut the sticker myself, which was a total pain in the butt.

All in all, I'd say my experience with Signs.com was pretty average. The customer service on the phone was great, but the chat support left something to be desired. The decals themselves were decent quality for the price, but the color could have been better. And the whole specialty cut thing was a bit of a letdown. I'd probably use them again in the future, but I'd definitely be a little more cautious about my expectations.

Signs.com Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Poor Customer Service and Limited Color Options

Yo, so I gotta say, signs.com ain't what it used to be. Took me a whole dang week of calling just to get a real person on the line. And get this, the lady who used to customize all my signs is gone, along with a bunch of other folks. So I'm on the phone for like 40 minutes, trying to place a re-order, when I find out that my PMS colors ain't even an option no more. Like, what the heck? They don't even use PMS no more, and the lady on the phone don't even know how to match up the colors. And she won't even guarantee that it'll be the same colors as before. And to top it all off, I can't even get a dang Manager or Supervisor on the phone! It's been like 50 minutes now, and she just put me back on hold. So yeah, I'm telling y'all, don't even bother buying nothing from this company no more. It ain't the same as it used to be.

Signs.com Mixed Feelings About Signs.com: Good Prints, Costly Mistakes

I've been using Signs.com for my business since day one. They've done some really good prints, but some of them were just plain bad. I had to throw away a couple of them, like this one time when they printed my logo on an 80" x 16" Acrylic Sign with the wrong colors. I mean, come on, that's the only thing that was supposed to be on the sign! They did send me a replacement for free, but it was completely distorted and I had to throw that one away too. That cost me $192.65, which is a lot of money for a small business like mine. It was one of my favorite signs too, but now I'm going to make sure to tell everyone about my experience.

And it's not just the big signs that they messed up on. I had to print my small logo for my door front three times before they finally got it right. I had to pay for two of those prints too, which was really frustrating. I mean, I'm not made of money here!

Overall, I have mixed feelings about Signs.com. They've done some good work for me, but they've also made some really costly mistakes. I'm not sure if I'll continue to use them in the future, but I'll definitely be more careful and double-check everything before I place my order.

Signs.com Mixed feelings about Signs.com: Great work, poor customer service and discount policy

I gotta say, I like what Signs.com is putting out there, but their customer service is a bit of a letdown. So, I put in an order back in March of 2023 and they sent me a discount code. But, when I went to place my order, there was no spot to put in the code. So, I sent them an email asking what's up, but I never heard back from them. So, I just went ahead and placed my order anyway.

Fast forward to just a month later and I needed to place another order. I spent over an hour on the phone with them trying to get them to take my discount code, but they said it had expired and they wouldn't honor it. I mean, come on, guys! You promised me a discount and now you won't give it to me? Not cool.

Now, don't get me wrong, the work they do is pretty nice. But, if you're expecting them to keep their word and give you the discounts they promise, you might want to look elsewhere. I know I will next time.

Signs.com Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Boat Decals Instead of Lettering and Poor Customer Service

So, I ordered some boat lettering from Signs.com, but when I got my package, it turned out to be boat decals instead. I was pretty upset about it, and when I called customer service, they weren't very helpful at first. We talked for about an hour, and I showed them that the website doesn't give you a warning when you upload an image that would switch your order from lettering to decals. Finally, a manager called me back and said they would give me a 30% credit to my account.

Well, it's been a week now, and I still haven't seen that credit in my account. I've tried emailing them, but I haven't gotten any responses. I'm pretty disappointed, especially since I've spent a lot of money with Signs.com in the past. I didn't think a 30% credit was enough to make up for their mistake, but I didn't really have any other options.

Honestly, I'm not sure I'll be using Signs.com again in the future. It's a shame, because I've had good experiences with them before, but this whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll definitely be telling my friends to think twice before ordering from them.

Signs.com Mixed Experience with Signs.com: Disappointing Customer Service and Nitpicky Requirements

I gotta say, I've been dealing with Signs.com for a few weeks now and I've had some mixed experiences. I've been chatting with a bunch of different folks on their live chat trying to get my design just right. But let me tell you, it's been a bit of a struggle.

So, I submitted my design and it got flagged for not meeting requirements. But when I went back to check it out, I couldn't find any of the issues they were talking about. Apparently, the lettering needs to be at least half an inch tall, but mine was three quarters of an inch. And the line strokes need to be at least .0375 inches thick, but mine were way thicker than that. I mean, come on, who's gonna notice a few extra millimeters?

Anyway, I spent over an hour chatting with one of their reps, this guy named Ivan Khile. And let me tell you, he was not helpful. After all that time, he just abruptly closed the chat window without even trying to help me out. I mean, what kind of customer service is that?

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Signs.com. I mean, I get that they have requirements and all, but it seems like they're just being nitpicky for no reason. And when I tried to get some help, I just got shut down. Not cool, Signs.com, not cool.

Signs.com Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Poor Quality and Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Signs.com that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had ordered an acrylic sign and had high resolution files from our graphic designer. However, one of the files didn't seem to be high resolution enough. Unfortunately, the online software that you use through this company to put in an order does not have any safeguards to catch this. This was a big problem for me, as I was expecting a high-quality sign.

To make matters worse, their printing team did not pay attention to the quality of their work. They let pixelated items go out the door without checking with customers. This was a huge disappointment, as I had spent $140 on the sign. When I reached out to the company, they took no responsibility for the issue. This left me feeling frustrated and angry.

I had been planning on ordering signs for a bunch of other locations, but after this experience, I will be leaving negative reviews and spending my money elsewhere. This is a terrible company with terrible customer service. I do not expect any type of real support or professionalism from their production side.

Overall, I would not recommend Signs.com to anyone looking for high-quality signs. If you want to avoid disappointment and frustration, I suggest looking elsewhere for your sign needs.

Signs.com Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Major Printing Errors and Horrible Customer Service

I recently had a really bad experience with Signs.com. As a designer with years of experience in sign and printing, I was really disappointed with the major printing errors and the horrible customer service that I received.

I placed an order for signage and specified the ink colors that I wanted, along with expedited shipping. I even sent an additional email confirmation of these specifications to Cid Marian Floralde. However, when the signs arrived, the colors were the opposite of what I had specified. I was really frustrated and disappointed, but Cid said they would reprint the signs.

However, when the signs arrived again a week later, they were still not correct. Only 3 signs out of the 12 that needed to be reprinted were sent to me. I tried to contact Cid Marian Floralde by email 4 times over the course of 4 weeks, but I received no response. I was really upset and didn't know what to do.

Finally, I decided to call customer service. They assured me that the signs were coming, but 2 weeks later, I still hadn't received them. I was really frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.

Overall, I would not recommend Signs.com to anyone. The major printing errors and the horrible customer service that I received were unacceptable. I hope that they can improve their services in the future, but for now, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Signs.com Disappointing Experience with Signs.com: Multiple Errors and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Signs.com. We've been trying to get a sign printed for our business, and they keep messing it up. Four times now, they've sent us a sign that don't match the file we sent them. And let me tell you, it's been a real pain in the rear trying to get it fixed.

I've been trying to work with these folks for two whole months, and I ain't never talked to the same person twice. And don't even get me started on trying to get a response to an email. It's like they don't even exist.

And when we finally do get a sign, it's all messed up. The colors are wrong, the logo is all pixelated, and it don't even look like the proof they sent us. It's like they don't even bother to look at the sign before they send it out.

And when we try to tell them what's wrong, they don't even listen. They changed the colors of our logo without even asking us, and when we complained, they acted like we were the ones in the wrong. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

Overall, this has been a real crappy experience, and we ain't never gonna use Signs.com again.

Signs.com Terrible Experience with Signs.com: Lack of Communication and Unfulfilled Promises

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with Signs.com. I thought I could trust them, but boy was I wrong. I was working with this guy named Adam P to create my order, and he told me everything was good to go and that it would ship in 5 days. But when I called 5 days later to check on it, I found out that the item was on hold and no one had even bothered to contact me about it.

So then this lady named Chalise took over and told me to resubmit my artwork, promising that it would be sent overnight at their expense. But when I called the next day to verify the shipping, they told me there was a problem and it wouldn't make it to the conference on time. And guess what? No one bothered to contact me about it.

Their only solution was to offer me a refund on the day it was supposed to ship. Can you believe that? I asked to speak with Adam's supervisor, Emma, but she never even bothered to call me back.

I was so frustrated with them that I ended up finding a local printer who uploaded my file and had absolutely no issues opening or working with my image. I'm definitely going to tell all my marketing professional friends to stay away from this place. It's just not worth the hassle.
