Uprinting I ordered 500 brochures from UPrinting.com on February

I ordered 500 brochures from UPrinting.com on February 16,2011 for an amazing price on the most basic paper they offered and I have never been more satisfied with an online purchase. They were sent on February 21 and FedEx showed up on February 25. I looked up reviews on their website and I found all positive feedback but I did not expect the amazing quality I received. The background was black and the writing white and red which worried me because I read about possible blurs and ink leaks, but neither of these were present. I rate UPrinting.com with an A+ for brochures (since that's all I purchased so far) but I will definitely be finding purchasing more stationery through them.

Uprinting I would recommend UPrinting!

I used UPrinting for a custom sticker order I needed with a pretty tight deadline. UPrinting was extremely helpful throughout the designing and ordering process, and I received my order on the estimated day of delivery. I was worried with designing the stickers myself that the quality would be less than desirable, but I was impressed with the job UPrinting did. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Uprinting AMAZING!

I needed to order some tags for our business and after placing the order Uprinting called us the next day to fix our order. The quality of our logo wasn't right and Joe helped us make it look AMAZING! He even noticed we placed the order wrong and switched it so we got the same thing for a cheaper price. It also came 6 days early, and we love them! Will definitely be reordering more when we run out.

Uprinting I RECOMMEND AND TRUST UPRINTING

It has been about ten years, maybe more than I have been ordering three or four times a year. The quality is great, the process is quite easy, and the delivery time is within what is expected to be.
Now, I believe it has been only once in ten years that Uprinting have offered a discount or promo code to me. I cannot speak about their pricing because I have never quote with another printing company. That is because I do not want to take any chances.

Uprinting Amazing Customer Service!

I needed business cards and stickers within a week and had many questions about payment and shipping along the way, but I utilized their 24 hour calls and they were super super helpful for every question.

I did not read my order fully before submitting so I was not going to get my order by the date i needed it by unless I paid $70 is extra shipping fees... I was about to cancel my order on the phone with the 24 hour customer service line, but they sat on the phone with me for an hour trying to figure out a way for me to get all of my items on time and for the lowest payment possible. Needless to say all of my items arrived on time and I would have been out $60 for the items if I would have cancelled them, so I am very grateful for the amazing customer service the showed me throughout the process.

Uprinting Watch out- issue was resolved

I have used u-printing for a few years now, placing banner, postcard, and label orders. Always great. I always ask for a proof, which is so helpful. Yesterday I ordered 1000 stickers and was told I didn't select proof (how? I always select proof), so they went to print without me viewing them and are totally ruined (wording is transparent on them- you css as my even read it). The live chat was SO long and slow and then, on the phone, difficult to understand... but they offered to recycle them for free and give me 10% off if I decided to reorder. That was a kick to a loyal customer. I won't be using them again. Small mom and pops may be more $, but they don't print 1000 of something without seeing something is out of whack and then still charge the customer the full price... with a 10% discount to order the same thing again. Boo!

Uprinting Just the worst

If you're Canadian, do not print with Uprinting.

Firstly you cannot enter your address, you'll have to talk to 5 people before they can input your Canadian address into the system and set up an account with Fed ex.

Then also, make sure you check your tracking like a hawk. They forgot to give Fed ex a commercial invoice so they held onto the package and didn't notify me. I had to contact Uprinting and then Fed Ex. Fed Ex told me I could fax in the invoice but I didn't receive all of the information I needed from Uprinting to do so.

I spoke with someone in the AM about this, they told me they'd forward my issue onto the shipping specialist and that they'd personally e-mail me with an update. There is a 4 hour time difference between Uprinting and where I live, so I waited until it would be 4pm their time as I hadn't heard anything. I spoke to another person who was very apologetic about it and said they would expedite the shipping at no cost to me so I'd receive it in 2 days, which was a day before the original delivery had things gone smoothly. I was pretty happy! So I checked the tracking this morning and nothing had changed.

I waited until noon their time before going back online to see what was going on. I was told because they were expediting it they were waiting for Fed Ex to send the package back to the them. Knowing how slowly and poorly things had been taken care of so far and just wanting my items I asked them to just send the invoice to Fed ex and refund my shipping. I was afraid that they'd blame Fed ex again for the delay and I would still not get my items in time, so what was the difference?

I am currently on the phone with Uprinting trying to see what is going on. I've been on hold for 10 minutes while they try to figure things out with their Fed ex team and their specialists. They said I have a lot of notes on my file... I wonder why! When I asked to refund my shipping cost, they laughed and said they have to try to resolve the problem first. Those are two unrelated things, and I shouldn't have to pay for their screw up.

I am so unimpressed and I haven't even received my order yet. I am a seriously laid back person too... so if you're not, you'll hate dealing with Uprinting.

Uprinting Please, read this before you send this "company" any amount of money

You might notice I have two reviews with this company. I wrote my other one three weeks ago, and UPrinting had at least 5 chances to redeem themselves, but no, they never have, they are a terrible business and will abuse the wait times and leave you with no boxes for your business that is DYING to sell. They don't give a $#*! about their customers at all. I'm just warning you, no matter how tempting their prices are, NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Let me tell you what's good and bad about this company:
Pros:
- Boxes look ok, fit as the size you put
- You can customize them (not a pro really, every company can do this at same prices).
Cons:
- Boxes come printed in sticky ink
- They will literally take every day they can to make your boxes. I ordered my boxes on October 12, that's 34 days ago. THEY ARE STILL MAKING MY BOXES.
-Support is useless. They have limited power, and you can rarely get a hold of the actual people you need to talk to. When you FINALLY get a hold of them, they won't even go on the phone with you despite the support team scheduling a call back, they will simply write you an Email and leave no opportunity for questions.
-So many others I have yet to list

Let me tell you how my last week was:
Tuesday, called UPrinting, confirmed they would be shipped thursday
Wednesday, called UPrinting again to confirm, they would be shipped thursday
Thursday, called UPrinting because no tracking info, said I would get it tonight or tomorrow morning
Friday, called UPrinting saying I had received no tracking info, said I should get it today
Monday MORNING 8:30 AM (supposed-to-be delivery date), called UPrinting, says they are confused and puts me on a callback with the "Printed Boxes Department" at 9 AM.
Monday AFTENROON 2:30 PM. No callback at all, called support again who again put me on a callback and I confirmed 3 times I would get a call back by 4:30.
Monday AFTERNOON 3:52 PM. I get an EMAIL (not call) from Sherlyn saying that my boxes AREN'T EVEN DONE BEING MADE YET, and they have 25 BUSINESS DAYS TO MAKE THE BOXES. Thanks UPrinting, Thanks. You have literally screwed my business over, you've screwed me over as well. I hope that one day someone or myself will have enough power and leverage to Denounce your company and shut it down. I hope no one ever buys from you again. You treat your customers like crap, you have no care for your support team, you don't care how long it takes to print the boxes, and you don't tell your customers about MORE THAN DOUBLING THE PRODUCTION TIME. I am beyond pissed, I am beyond frustrated. Once I get the power and the leverage, It will be on my top list of items to put you out of business, Guranteed.

Uprinting Disappointing Experience with Uprinting.com: Poor Communication and Customer Service

I just tried out uprinting.com for the first time and I gotta say, it wasn't the easiest website to navigate. But hey, I managed to place an order and I was pretty impressed with how quickly they got my stuff shipped and delivered. However, there was one major issue that really got me upset. I specifically requested that the background color be removed from my logo so that I could use it as a wall decal in my business. So, I clicked on the wall decal option to create my order. But guess what? Nowhere did it say that wall decals couldn't be clear. What kind of communication is that? They could have easily reached out to me and clarified my order before processing it. But no, they just went ahead and did it wrong. And now they're only offering me less than $10 off on something that I spent over $80 on. That's just not right.

Honestly, I think Vista Print has better customer service. They actually take pride in their work and will reimburse you if they mess up. And after reading some reviews about uprinting, it seems like I'm not the only one who thinks they have poor customer service. Come on, uprinting, you gotta step up your game. Guarantee your work, reimburse your customers when you don't meet their standards, do something to make it right. It's not that hard.

Uprinting Negative Experience with Uprinting: Shipping Issues and Lack of Customer Service

I recently needed 50 recipe cards printed for an upcoming wedding shower and decided to go with Uprinting. Although their timeline initially seemed long, I was assured that I would have my order by the day before my event. However, my shipping charges ended up increasing during the ordering process, which made me hesitant about the delivery date. When I finally received a shipping notification, I encountered an error message when I tried to track my order via the provided Fed Ex link. After contacting Live Chat, I was assigned a tracking number that was not associated with Fed Ex. It turned out that my order was shipped with DHL and connected to the US Postal Service, which made it impossible to track. Despite receiving an estimated delivery date, my order has yet to arrive and the DHL site is now showing a new delivery date after my event. This entire situation has become a nightmare, and to make matters worse, a U Print manager was supposed to contact me regarding the issue, but I haven't heard anything. I strongly advise others to avoid Uprinting, as my experience with them has been very negative. I wish I had read other negative reviews about them prior to placing my order.

Uprinting Disappointing Experience with Uprinting: Low Quality Car Magnets and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with Uprinting that left me feeling quite disappointed. I ordered some car magnets for my family business and was impressed with the quality of the proofs that were sent to me - they looked crisp and clear. However, when I received the actual magnets, I was shocked at how ugly and pixelated they looked.

Naturally, I contacted Uprinting to express my dissatisfaction and was met with an explanation that the low resolution picture I had used was the issue. While this may have been the case, I felt that they should have notified me of this before starting the printing process.

Furthermore, I had specifically spoken with someone over the phone about the shapes of the magnets and was assured that they would be as clear as the proofs. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all.

It was at this point that I requested to speak with a supervisor. However, this too proved to be a frustrating experience as the supervisor I spoke with attempted to tell me that the proofs were also blurry. I had taken screenshots of the proofs which showed otherwise, and was only offered discounts as a solution.

Eventually, when I stated my desire for a full refund, it was offered to me. While Uprinting may have eventually given me the outcome that I wanted, I can't help but feel like I was scammed by this website. The whole experience left me feeling quite let down and frustrated.

Uprinting Uprinting Review: Poor Print Quality, Staggering Shipping Prices, and Dirty Cards

If you're looking for a company to print business thank you cards, I would highly suggest looking into other options than Uprinting. While they may offer an affordable price, I found their shipping price to be quite staggering. What's even worse is that they do not offer free domestic shipping, even if you are spending a considerable amount of money.

However, the most significant issue was the quality of the final product. I purchased a stock image from their design platform and reached out to customer support to make sure the final product wouldn't have any watermarks or serial numbers. Despite their assurance, I received the cards with poor quality and pixelated prints, complete with the dreaded watermark and serial number.

To make matters worse, all 1000 cards were dirty, smudged, and stained with red and white spots. It was disappointing and frustrating to receive such poor quality products, especially after reading so many negative reviews.

In summary, I would advise against using Uprinting for your printing needs. The poor print quality, lack of free shipping, and dirty cards are all valid reasons to take your business elsewhere.

Uprinting Inconvenience and Frustration: My Experience with Uprinting.com Review

My experience with Uprinting (uprinting.com) has been less than satisfactory. I placed an order on March 10th but unfortunately forgot to include a "c" in my address details, resulting in non-delivery. I called their helpline to rectify my mistake and was informed of a $13.99 additional shipping charge to have it overnighted on April 10th. I agreed and was looking forward to receiving it promptly.

However, April 23rd arrived and still no product. I contacted them again and was told that the order was never shipped out! They apologised and offered to refund the cost and have the order overnighted with no additional charge due to the inconvenience. I was grateful for the prompt response and expected my order to arrive as soon as possible.

However, disappointment set in again when I received no package by April 28th. I contacted them again and was notified that they hadn't shipped it yet, but could guarantee delivery by May 1st. I couldn't believe it! What on earth were they doing all this time? This mishap has caused me a lot of frustration and inconvenience. I cannot recommend Uprinting to anyone and will not be doing business with them again.

Uprinting Disappointing Shipping and Customer Service Experience from Uprinting

I have been a loyal customer of Uprinting since 2013 and while their printing services have been adequate, my latest experience with them regarding the shipping of my order was a complete nightmare. Although their shipping fees have always been on the higher end, I decided to check the box to use my UPS account to ship my two small, fabric items in my recent order. To my dismay, Uprinting made a critical error in the way they packed and reported my package to UPS.

My small fabric items arrived in enormous boxes, which was already a red flag. Furthermore, Uprinting had under-reported the size and weight of the boxes to UPS, which resulted in an audit that cost me an additional $72.93 due to the underreporting. This was on top of the actual $51.24 to ship the two boxes, resulting in an astronomical total of $124.17 for UPS Ground shipping for two small items that weigh mere ounces.

I was extremely dissatisfied with this experience and promptly called Uprinting's customer service line to raise my grievance. However, the conversation I had with a "customer service agent" was far from satisfactory. The representative, who struggled with English, did not seem to understand the essence of my complaint. Despite providing the requested documentation, I never heard back from Uprinting.

In conclusion, I regret to say that my experience with Uprinting's shipping and customer service has left me tremendously disappointed. I am unable to recommend this service and will not be using Uprinting again in the future.

Uprinting Buyer Beware: Disappointing Experience with Uprinting.com

I recently had a disappointing experience with Uprinting (uprinting.com) that led me to believe that their rating should be a negative one. To be honest, I've had better experiences dealing with a sleazy used car salesman. From the start, there were several issues that left a bad taste in my mouth. They charged my credit card before confirming they could fulfill the order, which was unsettling. Additionally, they use an off-shore customer service company that wasn't particularly helpful, and didn't seem to have the authority to actually resolve any problems or issues.

When I finally managed to speak with someone in customer service, I was met with a less than helpful attitude. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they seemed fixated on blaming me for the problem. Whether it was because I'd sent a wrong color profile or the wrong file type, the response I got was that it was my fault. To make matters worse, they would not let me cancel the order without a fight. I found myself feeling increasingly frustrated and annoyed.

The final straw came when I received the product. As a working artist, I was disappointed to discover that the product didn't live up to my expectations. While they may have had competitive pricing, the quality of the final product left a lot to be desired. Ultimately, I found myself struggling to sell the product, making me question the value of their pricing.

Overall, if you're looking for a company that values quality and customer service, I'd recommend giving Uprinting a wide berth. There are simply too many issues and problems for me to recommend them with a clear conscience. Uprinting Unacceptable Service from Uprinting: A Review of Printing Services

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Uprinting while trying to order a shirt in November. Unfortunately, my initial order was unable to be accommodated and I received an unapologetic email about it. However, I was willing to be flexible and selected another option. I then requested a proof and followed up a few times until eventually receiving one, albeit just for a section of the design, and it was wrong. Understandably, I was frustrated and decided to cancel the order. This process proved to be difficult, as I was placed on hold for lengthy periods of time, only to be told that it was too far along in the process to cancel. What's more, I never received a final proof to approve, so I was being forced to pay for an incorrect product. This level of service was completely unacceptable, and I had to reach out to the BBB for assistance in getting a refund. It's important to note that I have used Uprinting in the past without issue, but this experience was abysmal. I urge anyone looking for printing services to consider another business for their needs.

Uprinting Beware of Uprinting: Disappointing Quality and Poor Communication

I recently had an experience with Uprinting (uprinting.com) that I must share with you, as it may help you avoid the same issues. Firstly, I received a sample package from Uprinting, which led me to purchase 3000 gloss labels for my business. These labels were the final touch I needed for my business packaging. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I was surprised to find that the black on my labels was dull and lacked any shine, sheen or luster which was very disappointing. I even compared the blacks on my labels to those in the sample packaging and found them to be vastly different. Moreover, these labels ended up looking horrible and did not do justice to the business I had built around them.

However, that was not the only issue I faced with Uprinting. Getting to the point of sending my labels to be looked over became a nightmare due to the poor communication from the customer service department. My efforts to follow up on the status of my order came to naught on several occasions, despite being promised that I would receive a call back. After calling the customer service department three times and emailing twice over a couple of weeks, I finally received a random email informing me that they looked over the samples and that there was gloss coating on the labels. This was despite the glaring issue of dullness that I had brought to their attention.

In the end, I decided to take the loss as acquiring new labels would be too tedious and time-consuming. However, I would like to caution you to beware of Uprinting's "quality check" process, as it did not work in my favor. There may be a chance that you may not get what you pay for, as was the case with my order. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and I urge you to exercise caution when dealing with Uprinting.

Uprinting Disappointing experience with UPrinting's delivery and customer support services

Let me share with you my experience with UPrinting, which unfortunately turned out to be one of the worst printing experiences I've had in a long time. On a whim, I decided to try out this lesser-known printing company to order some custom note pads for a special event that I was organizing. I placed my order with seven days to spare and opted for their one-day production time and three-day shipping service, which meant that my order should have been ready and shipped within four days, giving me enough time to receive it three days before my event.

However, to my dismay, the order did not arrive three days prior, as scheduled. In fact, it was already two days late when I decided to reach out to UPrinting's customer support for clarification. Unfortunately, the customer support representative lied to me when I asked him for an update on my order and assured me that it was on schedule, despite the fact that it should have arrived days earlier. It was only after I pointed out that we were already two days past the original delivery date that he reluctantly changed his tune and admitted that he had just received an update that my order was out for delivery, which was not the case.

To my disappointment, the order did not arrive until two days later, the day after my event had taken place. And, what made matters worse was that the notepads were specifically designed for that event, and since they arrived late, they were now rendered completely useless. On top of that, UPrinting refused to refund the full amount for the order unless I paid to ship back the unusable product. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with UPrinting's services, and I cannot imagine ever using their services again.

In conclusion, my experience with UPrinting was a great letdown, and I hope that they can improve their customer support and delivery services to avoid similar experiences for their clients in the future.

Uprinting UPrinting Review: Lackluster Customer Service and Inflexible Policies Result in Disappointing Experience

As a customer, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with UPrinting. Not only was their customer service lackluster, but their policies seem to prioritize their own convenience over the satisfaction of their customers. My experiences with UPrinting have been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. While I have used their services in the past with some level of success, I have found that their recent quality and customer support has left much to be desired.

In particular, I have consistently struggled with their review process, which often deems uploaded files to be incorrect based on arbitrary criteria such as size or resolution. While I have typically been able to resolve these issues by speaking with knowledgeable customer support representatives, my most recent experience left me feeling extremely let down.

Despite submitting new designs on the exact same template that had previously been deemed acceptable, UPrinting now claimed that the designs were not suitable due to issues with size or resolution. Despite my attempts to resolve these issues, I was left to deal with the situation on my own and left without the final product that I had been expecting.

This is simply unacceptable, and has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with UPrinting's services. With so many other printing companies available, I have no intention of using their services again in the future. If you are looking for a reliable and customer-focused printing company, I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.
