Shoppers Drug Mart review: Pharmacy in middle sackville

Last night, coming from the emergency with my son with a BAD infection, I stopped a Shopper at Sackville Dr. to request the urgent medicine requested from the Dr. and the lady that was working at the time (around 9:00PM) refused to make the medicine. Claiming that there was no time available. She was extremely rude and non professional talking very loud.

I understand that there is a high demand for medicines to be made but in that case she saw my son's situation and simply told us to go to another store.

This particular store closes at midnight and I stopped by the store at 9:00PM.

Is it okay to refuse to help a child who needed an emergency medication for a major infection?
