Shoppers Drug Mart review: Pharmacy

Our prescription is for 2 bottles of a medication once a month for 3 refills. For some reason they entered it into their system as 6 refills and will only give us one a month.
One bottle does not last a month.
Each time we go we explain this and they refuse to help
Each time they talk to our doctor and the doctor explains we should get 2 bottles each refill
Each time we have to come back to get the 2nd half of our prescription the next day

I asked them to change the refills in their system but they are always "too busy" and I was told just to explain it to who ever is dealing with us next time. Thus making sure we will have the same problem the next time. Instead of fixing the problem they push it onto the next person. This is not how anything should run.
