It makes me sick to my stomach how much these people are allowed to get away with in terms of treating people terribly, the most heinous and rude customer service I have ever witnessed in my life and they know they can get away with it as this is an essential service. Disgusting.

Desired outcome: Desired outcome would be for every staff member throughout the pharmacies of shoppers drug mart to get human kindness and sensitivity training. However I know that will not happen as money is the only motivation.
