Orders paid which include shipping are to be delivered to doorstep - this is found all over Shopee app. However at my residential block, parcels have simply been dumped at the main mailbox area next to the carpark by Shopee delivery drivers over the past fee months instead of being left at doorstep. And when complaints and disputes for non-delivery were raised repeatedly with Shopee they blatantly ignored the photo evidence and in fact made a mockery of themselves offering $5 goodwill for buyers to go fetch our parcels that were left elsewhere. The irony is their own drivers “proof of delivery” shows they dumped the parcel at the mailbox and did not deliver to doorstep. In fact, their drivers are falsifying such “proof” by taking photos of the unit number of the mailbox! That Shopee continues to condone such drivers is poor, that they charge shipping fees for doorstep delivery but fail to deliver to designated address is scamming buyers. So Shopee expects buyers to pay for item that includes shipping to doorstep then fails to do so and expect us to go collect from elsewhere. I didn’t think my basement main mailbox has now become a Shopee collection point!
