I got 4 laundry machines, 2 washers and 2 dryers from Shinepay. They took my payment and then went quiet on me. After trying to get delivery updates, I reached out via ComplaintsBoard.com. My machines showed up a week later, but one was damaged. I reported this to Shinepay right away. The delivery date was [protected]. They told me they would get me a replacement asap, but it's now 10/11 and still no new machine. I've been trying without success to get an update and eta on the replacement machine. They keep avoiding the issue. Their modules also aren't working correctly in the machines, but that's another issue we're trying to resolve. I just want the damaged machine replaced ASAP because I'm losing revenue. Not to mention, my tenants are frustrated that the machines aren't working correctly.

Shinepay has locked my Shineinsights account from transferring funds to my bank account since the beginning of 2022. They asked me to send a government picture ID for verification purposes to verify my account, even though I've been doing business with them for several months without any issues. I sent a copy of my driver's license to Ally M. in their support team on 1/4 and am waiting for their verification. I bought a commercial washing machine and dryer with their Shinepay Sparks and four additional Sparks, and everything was working fine by the end of August . You'd think they would have verified my identity and business then, right? Now, for some unknown reason, my account is frozen, and they haven't explained why. Please help, ComplaintsBoard.com, as my business needs funds to operate. Thanks.

I bought four devices from ShinePay on March 27 for two washers and two dryers. It took them until November to arrive, which was a bummer. We had trouble getting them to work until March . The devices for the dryers didn't work because they need 220v, while the washers only need 110v. ShinePay said they were sorry and promised new devices that work with 220v dryers would be available in April , but they never showed up. We returned all four devices and only got a refund for the two dryer devices because the warranty period had passed for the washer devices. ShinePay said it was reasonable to only have their product on the washers, not the dryers. We waited a whole year for this product to work, but it never did. There were a lot of other problems along the way, like misrepresentation and dishonesty.
They claimed that they sent us over $2,000 in collections for 2022 but they actually did not and we are not getting anywhere with them on this as of end of Aug 2023
