Sheraton / Starwood review: Accusations of smoking unfounded

I've been charged 240$ over the regular bill because the house keeping manager said the room smells like smoke. But 5 of us were in there and we all smoke so we all smelled like smoke. They cleaned me completely out. To the point I got stuck cuz had money to even get home. Besides that, it was a horrible experience. Nothing free. No free WiFi, no free breakfast. Sodas are 3.00. the staff, especially David Montague. He's the front desk manager who called me a liar and I should not have come there if I couldn't afford it. He was AWEFUL.
