On Saturday October 05, 2019 around 3:30pm I pumped $48.63 dollars of unleaded regular gasoline at the Shell Gasoline Station located on 2402 Highland Ave. Highland, CA 92346. As soon as I started driving, my car lost all power. It would shake and make humming sounds. It would not go past 40 miles per hour. It powered off several times before I was able to make it home. I was not able to take it to the dealership service center that same day because I had to go to work that evening. Next morning after work I tried to turn it on, but it would not turn on. I waited until my day off to have it towed to the dealership, which was Thursday, October 10th, 2019.
The dealership service center ran a diagnostic and what they found was shocking. They found that my gas tank is mostly full of water instead of gasoline. The repairs have been estimated to be over $5, 000 dollars. What has happened to me is very unfortunate. I went to this gasoline station trusting I was going to get what I had paid for but instead I was given water. What has completely ruined my car. Please take this matter seriously. And provide me with the proper assistance to be able to pay for the repairs of the damage my car has suffered. Thank you in advance! Awaiting your response.
