Numerous times this has now happened. Ordering food and it not coming how we order. It's gotten to the point of why bother customizing on a screen if I can't get it that way. Husband and I just got lunch, took it back and I got the hotdogs but no toppings I ordered. He ordered a sub and asked for it toasted, not toasted not his toppings, we pay for this stuff, a lot of times extra for cheeses and such and never get it. If you say anything inside, it's just, sorry about that. We frequent Sheetz and usually recommend it. But it's seems like in the last month we have gotten more orders wrong than right. And another $7 something that came out wrong. Besides that, the fries were terrible today. They tasted like old grease and were soggy and cold. So disappointed.

I paid for a 24oz smoothie and about 1 inch from the top was empty. The 2 employees behind the counter said that they were told that's fine just send it out. If I'm paying for a job 24oz then I expect exactly that. This is the only sheetz were my smoothie wasnt filled upto the top. You really need to teach your employees how to accurately fill up a cup. The picture is what I walked out with.

I love the grilled chicken snack wraps. I have been sick For about 2 weeks and finally felt well enough to go to my local Sheetz to place an order. I didn't open it and check in the store, but I always wait til I get home to enjoy my snack. I shouldn't have to check it.

My order was missing things and it just wasn't what I wanted. I ordered olives on it and there were none, they were sloppily made, and cheese was on one half but not the other.

It is just plain disappointing. And I wanted someone to know.

Quite the opposite, I was coming from a long shift and wanted some beer and food to quell my struggling day. Beer choices were alright, could be more craft-beer friendly :). But the mac and cheese platter is what made my night. I order some weierd crap in my mac and cheese platter. This bad boy was presented with excellence, some friggen pickles layed around the perimeter and the banana peppers scattered beautifully throughout. Perhaps the 3 beers before I reheated it skewed things; but it looked legit af. No joke, the food took a bit longer than usual to prepare but I would learn to accept longer wait times for quality. Sheetz is not a fast food restaurant! Keep your food to a higher standard and I will continue eating there. Thank you. Also night manager is pretty cool and deserves more money and stuff. She is very friendly while checking me out.

We need a sheetz in Gastonia nc please. We have QT's and they don't have a selection of food nor is The food any good. The closest one is in hickory, but it's 35 minutes away. The staff is always friendly. We love sheetz and stop everytime we are traveling and see one. The food is great and the gas prices are always cheaper than anywhere else. Is it a possibility? 😁

Just got home after 30 min round trip to sheetz for totz we'll get home open my bag I'd be lucky if it's at least half full... I'm not very happy about that I provide sheetz a lot of business.. it's my meeting spot for all my employees in the morning I put gas in 4 trucks n most days buy breakfast n lunch there for everyone I spend a few grand a week there easy

We like the chicken at sheetz and we've noticed that now the chicken is half the size. Also we received 2 burnt sandwiches today that we paid $10.00 for and had to throw away. Very dissatisfied.

Please let me know why Sheetz has cut down on the chicken but is still charging more than a fast food chain.

I ordered a crousant sandwich with bacon egg white and american cheese when I got to work and opened it it only had egg white and a another type of egg bread was not toasted very soggy unable to eat. This is the second time happening the last time my sandwich which was sausage was totally cold meat wasnt even cooked I did take that back and showed them they warmed it up instead of making bre one. I would like some sort of refund.. Mary mulcahy 24959 rt 187 wysox pa 18854.. Guess if I get no response I will ne giving the dandy my business back.

I ordered the grande tacos from the sheetz on perry highway in erie pa. I opened them up when I got home and it was pretty much an empty shell full of lettuce. No meat no pico no jalepenos. Just wasted money. Disappointed. I spend plenty of money at sheetz mostly because I crave the spicy food! Especially the jalepeno poppers. Just wish these tacos would have been like all the others I've had. Next time I'll know to look at all my food before i leave the store that is 25 min away from me.
