tonight i ordered a turkey sub at 1:00 am with lettuce, mayo, ranch, cheese, and fry’s on top. i got a turkey sub with cheese and bacon. On top of that i waited 30 plus minutes for my MOBILE order that i ordered before i arrived. also several people that came inside to order after i arrived got theirs before me.

Me and my friend went to sheetz friday night, February 26 around 2:30 am

We placed orders in the app. Well we waited 2 hours in the drive thru!

We couldn’t get out of it due to how it’s set up, and then when we got our food, it was after 4 am

And it was messed up! It was time stamped for 3 am which meant it sat for hours!

They weren’t even busy inside

It’s like they just neglect drive thru

We were in line at the drive they for 45 minutes tonight for a Kona Mocha. There were two cars in front of us. I do not know what the issue was with the first car but the next car in front of us took 15 minutes and finally decided to leave with no transaction. When we got to the drive they our Mocha was ready and we were they in two minutes. 9:35Pm start and 10:23PM leaving with really only one car in front of us since the next guy ended up giving up. This store is absolutely disgusting. The parking lot looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months, the trash cans near the gas pumps are overrunning and the windshield cleaning stations have soggy food and trash mixed with the cleaning solution along with no cleaning wand. The inside of the store is nasty and there are no cups for the drink machine and part of the drink machine is laying in the ice tray. I will attach pictures for proof.
