Shaw's review: Cart pusher

As I do realize that "legally" pedestrians have the right of way in a parking, I was recently visiting Shaws in Randolph Vt and was hit by carts that a Shaws employee was pushing. When I confronted him about it not only was he non-apologetic but argued that it was my fault, because "he has lawyers behind him". SERIOUSLY, is this how we teach customer service? insulting customers is not a way to get them to return. It may have been a mutual fault but that is not the way to handle it.
