On April 27 approx 6:15 pm, I contact Shaw Chat support about my bill to dispute a charge. The rep was very condescending towards be saying I didnt pay my bill and the charges were legit, which wasn't the case. I explained why there was a late charge and he wouldn't listen and continued to berate me. At this point, I called Shaw and spoke to a CSR that immediately helped me and reversed the charges. I know this is all outsourced, but seriously these people have no customer service skills and should be fired for how they treat people. I will escalate this futher and give the name of the person as well. This reflects very poorly on Shaw.
