Worst experience faced with Sharaf Dg. Ref. to ticket no # 3178218, it has been now over 1 month since we submitted our HP Laptop at your TSquare centre. This laptop was purchased online in April'20 against order no. W1229035 and its touch screen was already faulty within 2 months time and not working.
Initially we submitted to TSq service centre and after 1 week someone informed us that part is not available and checking with supplier. Later the technician calls up and says it is not covered under warranty and to be handed over to customer care. However now it is almost 3 weeks there is still no update or action from CC team on this issue even after sending reminders. It is a pity that a reputed brand like HP and Co like Sharaf DG is not able to provide timely service to its customers. Being a regular customer we have bought several products from you in the past and this makes us lose trust in your products and service.

Please take immediate action on this matter by replacing the part, laptop or a refund asap.

    So you are also facing the same issue as I am...since April lockdown. I am totally tired of following up with them. They even damaged my device which was given to them for checking the issue with camera, they threw ink and with a dent. Now they trying to blame as if we are on stone ages.
