Charged 1000 baht customs clearance fee, quadruple what competitor UPS charges for the exact same package. On top of extortionist fees (I had to pay 1000 baht to obtain my package valued at 875 baht), they refuse to answer as to WHY the fees are so exhorbitant. Really unconscionable company, from the customer service agent KattiyaponTankit, to her manager Rati Srimuan and up to their new CEO Jiawei Zhang, the most recent cc to my request. Truly a company I can't see surviving.
Desired outcome: I've read your contract and you get to charge whatever you want for your fees, but you should care that you charge double your competitors' fees. If you are customer-oriented and value good will, please consider a price-match and refund.
