They did exactly what they said they would and when I asked to cancel my subscription, they did it right away. No fuss, no muss. And let me tell you, I really liked the product. I ended up purchasing a few downloads, including the Lifetime Library and Self-Talk for Kids. And let me tell you, everything worked exactly as they said it would on the website. No hidden fees or anything like that. And when I decided to cancel my subscription to the streaming service, I wasn't billed for anything. It was a smooth process all around.
