I have been sending VideoGrams to an incarcerated individual, Juan Cruceta (ID#25R1914, Mid-State Correctional Facility NY)from December 2025 to present He has informed me that he has not received any of them.
However,stamps were deducted from my account for each VideoGram sent.
I would like this issue investigated and request either:A refund of the stamps used if the messages were not deivered.

Claimed loss: 2 months of use of stamps.due to VideoGrams not being deivered

Desired outcome: A refund for all Dec 17 to Jan 03 , That's total of 12 VideoGrams that was not delivered
