Securus Technologies review: My emails I send my som are not printed and sent to him. He doesn’t have a tablet nor the kiosk

I’ve messaged SECURUS over a week ago and no one responded to my complaint. I spend money for stamps but Hardi CI doesn’t print them for my son. I’m spending money with no results. I’ve called the prison and they said your company denies them to print them. Also, why does your company give some inmates tablets and not others. If you provided everyone a tablet then they would not be stolen and sold to other inmates. Maybe you aren’t aware of what’s going on at Hardi CI it’s the most corrupt prison my son has been to. If this isn’t resolved I’ll start writing him through regular mail at least my letters will get to him.
