I just called, spent 15 minutes going through the automated system. Brittany answered. I needed to cancel all but one account I have had since around 2012ish. I shared that I was not feeling well. From the beginning of the call she was curt and rude! I have worked in a large call center for years. I asked her if call time was an issue. She drilled me on all personal info for each account and stated she was not able to help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and she told me I had one minute by policy for the phone call with her and she would see if a supervisor was available, then told me I could expect to be on hold 2-3 minutes. I almost laughed out loud (she could only give 1 min but i could wait 3). She came back and said her supervisor advised the same she had said and would not be speaking with me. I asked for the supervisor's name and she would not give it to me. I told her there had to be a name and way to communicate with someone higher up who could take time to help me. She advised that she was ending the call. I told her I will not stop until I have my situation addressed and her rudeness reported for the phone call from my phone number, today's date and time. I am a very forgiving and kind person usually requesting to speak with supervisors as a complimentary call for the representative. If I were her manager and this phone call was recorded, she would be looking for employment elsewhere! My husband a disabled Army Retired Veteran, Retired Texas Department of Criminal Justice, and myself Retired Mathematics Teacher have been ministering to indigent inmates who have no family contact. That is why we have several accounts. We help people. I hope and pray that whoever gets this email will take my concerns seriously and at minimum have Brittany repeat customer service training. My need was to only have one account: [protected]@outlook.com. We have: [protected]@outlook.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@outlook.com, [protected]@outlook.com, [protected]@icloud.com. because we have different faith groups we have ministered to. Please close all except [protected]@outlook.com. Thank you.

Desired outcome: Fire Brittany (hopefully she will learn humility and kindness). Close any account my husband or I might have EXCEPT KEEP [protected]@outlook.com.
