Ordered items on 9/11/23 and provided USPS tracking number. Two weeks, still no books, so I contacted customer service via email. There was no explanation given as to why my order had not shipped. Instead, a full refund for the books was placed into my account. Horrible customer service. This is not my first time dealing with the company, as my first experience was enjoyable, but I will not be using their services again in the future nor do I recommend them.

So, I ordered some stuff from Secondsale and they only sent me half of it. I've been trying to get in touch with them about it, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. It's really frustrating because I paid for everything and now I'm missing some of it. I don't know what to do. It feels like they just took my money and ran. I wouldn't recommend using this site if you don't want to get ripped off.

I tried to buy a book from Secondsale and it was a total mess. The website was confusing and hard to navigate. I had trouble finding the book I wanted and when I finally did, I had to create an account just to make the purchase.

After I placed my order, I waited and waited for my book to arrive. I checked the tracking information and it said my package was delivered, but I never received it. I tried to contact customer service, but it was a nightmare. The phone line was always busy and when I finally got through, the representative was rude and unhelpful.

I eventually got my book, but it was damaged and not in the condition that was advertised on the website. I tried to return it, but the process was so complicated that I just gave up.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Secondsale. The website is confusing, the customer service is terrible, and the products are not always in the condition that is advertised. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Secondsale. I'm a big fan of buying used books online, but these guys just rubbed me the wrong way. I ordered a few books from them and the descriptions were all messed up. I mean, come on, how hard is it to describe a book properly? But when I tried to get a refund, they just ignored me. No acknowledgement, no apology, nothing. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with Secondsale. They sent me a book outta nowhere that was just plain weird. Like, I don't even know how they got my address. And when I tried to ask them about it, they just straight up ignored me. Like, what kind of customer service is that?

The book itself was pretty controversial, too. I mean, I'm all for free speech and all that, but it was just not something I wanted in my house. It made my family pretty uncomfortable, to be honest.

I don't wanna jump to conclusions or anything, but it kinda seems like Secondsale might be in the business of pushing some kind of political agenda. I mean, why else would they send out books like that? It's just not cool, man.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Secondsale. If you're looking for a good book, there are plenty of other places to go. And if you're looking for good customer service, well, you're definitely not gonna find it here.
