So, I decided to give Secondsale a try and ordered Launchpad For Moores The Basic Practice Of Statistics Twelve Month Access - Book Condition: Used - Very Good. When I received my package, I was disappointed to find out that all I got was a piece of paper with a code for accessing the Launchpad version of the book that no longer exists. To make matters worse, they also sent me coupons from other businesses that I have no interest in. It feels like a scam to me and I would not recommend using them. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

So, I've been trying to get in touch with Secondsale.com for a few days now. I got my hands on a book called A Grief Observed, but it wasn't the one I ordered. The cover says it's the right book, but when I opened it up, I found a copy of The Abolition of Man inside. Not cool, man. I really want the book I actually ordered. But here's the thing - there's no phone number to call. How am I supposed to return this book and get the one I actually want? It's frustrating, to say the least.

They basically told me that if I wanted to be sure I got all the extra stuff, I should have bought a new copy of the book. But the thing is, this book is out of print, so that's not even an option!
