I've been waiting two weeks for my service appointment. Today, the day of the appointment Sears cancelled and rescheduled me for 2 weeks from now. It's almost impossible to speak to a human being and somehow the AI robot doesn't care. I have medication that needs to be refrigerated and have no refrigerator. Now they want me to wait another 2 weeks while my medications are at my neighbor's house and I have to hope they're home when it's needed. Good customer service would be to fit me in the next day if they have to cancel their appointment, not make me wait another 2 weeks.
Recommendation: Just no.
