SearsHomeServices review: Unbelievable

I had a high regards for Sears. NOT ANYMORE. The service is horrible. The technicians are scam artist. 1st one to come out 4 hours past their window and told me 350.00 but was not interested and just left. I contacted Sears again, they set up another Tech and I got a call from him that he was an hour away after his window and said he did not want to do the drive And it would cost 500.00.
Same company 2 con artist they call Technicians.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I CONTACT SEARS.
