Had 2 scheduled appointments with Sears. Both were canceled via text from their AI assistants. Tried to reschedule for a 3rd time & they said it was earmarked & we were unable to be rescheduled. No repair was ever made but charged credit card $391.64. Have filed numerous complaints but to no avail. I cannot understand why they will charge your card & never show up. They did not use to be like this. You can call numerous #'s but all you get is AI assistants that can not help with refund & they refer you to another # that is different AI.
Total Scam!

Recommendation: don't call them, all scam
