bought 4 new goodyear tires and a front end alignment. paid $671.96 left with $400.00 in damaged/broken struts. returned next day was told struts were already broken. car drove fine before sears auto touched it just need new tires. took to alignment specialist to diagnose te problem was old struts were gone and car ride like a go cart! called sears management still waiting. my husband is a seasoned disabled retired mechanic!

The services you had performed on your vehicle are not related to broken struts. In no way possible can installing new tires and alignment cause a strut to break. Nor is it humanly possible to physically break a strut by a mechanics hand. Your seasoned mechanic of a husband should have explained that to you. You see the think about cars is that they are made of parts... parts that wear out... funny huh? And sometimes parts wear out at the strangest time. Have you ever seen a strut? please explain to me how your accusation is even realistic.
