Despite all these issues, it's not all doom and gloom. To credit their customer service team they did refund me for the balance and also reimbursed me for the wrong lug nuts that they had sent me. This was a fair resolution, although it took quite some time to work through the process and I felt that they could have done a lot better in terms of making it right.
