Horrible bank. No help ever. I signed up for this bank almost a year ago. I have made many complaints about bank being hacked. All they do is cancel your card. The rudeness of customer service is unreal. This bank does not care about anyone. The amount of new cards I have had to get is unreal. Someone managed to steal money. Fraud department does not care to help get your money back. In the end thieves win. Bank is horrible. They allow hacking and dont care to improve security.

Recommendation: BEWARE NEVER SIGN UP FOR SCOTIA BANK

My Name is Shan Chaudhary. I am an international student from india. My GIC Account Number is [protected]. I paid my GIC on November 04, 2025. Now, I want to download my GIC Certificate but when I login in my scotiabank account I see my account is empty. I want my GIC certificate as soon as possible.
Kindly Help me with this.
