On approxiametly sept.?, 2011, I was on computer and saw an ad for a credit score that was free, but after I put in information I realized it was not free. I proceeded to back out of application as I did not want to purchase. I thought it had been cancelled it out. A week later on sept.11, 2011 I found out my credit card account was charged $39.99, upon investigation into what this deduction was I was informed that the company score sense was the company that deducted my account. I immediately contacted your company as soon as I found out how to reach you. I called the #[protected] and talked to a gentleman for at least 20 mins, he kept offering me lower prices to keep the acct. I told him no that I did not want it or need it. He even offered to pay it for a month free if I kept it. I still refused. He then informed me he would cancel the acct. And I would get a reply back in my email acct, which I never did receive. Called again after the money was not put back in my acct. Called 1-8oo-679-5283 and talked to a women and explained to her what happened. She informed me that they have no record of my previous call. I don't under stand why. He even gave me a i. D. # which was 1589252. The lady informed me she would cancel it again and I would get a reply in a couple of days in my e-mail. I did finally receive an e-mail that I was denied my refund. I immediately called score sense. This time I asked to speak to a supervisor and she gave me customer care score sense.com whom I believe I have contacted here.

I received an alert from chase via my phone at 12:34 a.m. notifying me that 29.95 was withdrawn from my account. I am totally bewildered because I gave these people no such permission! Please somebody do something about this!

I was on computer in December 2012 and saw an ad for a free credit score but after I put in my information I realized it was not free and proceeded to cancel the application because I didn't want to purchase anything. I thought it was cancelled. Then you started deducting $29.95 a month from my credit card account, this went on for 4-months. When I found out where the charges were coming from, I immediately contacted Score Sense and talked to your representative, Mike Vargas, who informed me that he would cancel the account and gave me a confirmation #5802757 and said I would have to go on line to see if I could recover any of my money. This is the second time I have attempted to contact you to settle this dispute. I have not received any e-mail from you about this to date. I never even received the "FREE" credit score that has cost me $110.80 to date. I have closed my account to prevent you from further damages to our account and I'm demanding full restitution for the illegal charges you made to my card. You took money from my account without my consent, and I want it back...all of it! I'm posting this with scoresense.com. whom I believe I have contacted here. James K Smith

Score Sense stole $110.80 from my credit card account over a 3-month period and I want it back. You are a scam company, you lure people in with an advertisement of a free credit score, only to get information to rip off their credit card or bank accounts. Last time I looked, this was illegal ! I have contacted you several times without any response and I am prepared to take further action if this is not resolved. Please give this matter your complete attention...Now! I'm sure you have the information to contact me, you sure did know how to steal my money! James K Smith

Score Sense took money from my husbands account without authorization six times and then when we complained and asked for a refund they conjured up some dates saying that we had been in business with them longer that we have, they are some serious crooks. We signed up through another company Jan. 2012 that required to have your credit score and we were not informed that this was a free trial and would have to pay. They tried to say that we signed up in Sept. of 2011. that means they were taking money like every two weeks and my husbands bank finally called and said there were unusual transactions. They are seriously into fraud.

I believe that the aforementioned complaints including my own and any others that WILL follow need to be seriously looked into. Score Sense only wants your cents!

This just happened to me! Damn small print! I thought I was signing up for a free month with a refundable 1.00 charge to my credit card. They were jerks when I canceled and they promised I will get a letter from their corporate about refunding the charges. They denied my refund on 3 months of service ( I never logged into the account)
Oh and to top it off they proceded to charge me again this month after canceling last month! SCAMMERS!
