Save-A-Lot review: Shopping carts

I haven't shopped at Savealot for awhile but decided I would stop in. One shopping cart in the corral. Absolutely no other carts anywhere and they were Not busy. The one cart I had to use the wheel would not spin. I had to drag the cart throughout the store. I would have bought more but was tired from dragging the cart around. Told the cashier and she stated that the few carts they have were all like that. I noticed that the few people who were there were using a basket. Pretty sure your store is losing a lot of money by not having carts. Or at least carts that actually work.
