Saudi Post review: Parcel not being delivered to the request drop off

I requested the SPL post to drop off the parcel in the compound where im living in, but it seems they ignored my request multiple times, they where trying to put on there tracker they attempted to deliver but im not quite sure if its true or not, they tried calling a phone number that was not mine and I told them to change it so they could contact me and for that they still ignored my request. im trying to request the best possible solution but it seems this SPL post is not fully aware of what to do on this situation. DHL FDEX ARAMEX and other companies are mile away compared to the SPL post, they should get more training and underdstanding on how to handle customers request.
