Sasol review: petrol spillage that I had to pay for

I went to Minty's Sasol in Bedfordview this morning to fill up with petrol. I told the attendant that it wouldn't be a lot, as I was just topping up. I said that he must just fill up until "auto stop". He then proceeded to clean my window & quite a bit of petrol spilled out onto the floor.

I don't see why I had to pay for the petrol that was spilled on the floor. If I hadn't noticed, then there would have been so much more.

Please can you tell me how you will rectify this situation
