SAS Group SAS airline abuses customers and frequent flyers, such as me and my wife!

Rated 1 out of 5 stars SAS Airline Initials should stand for SIMPLY AWFUL SERVICE!...SAS indeed made itself party to fraud against us frequent flyers, abusing our trust by demanding fake extra payments for our caregiver and our luggage, then losing both cases of customer abuse in their awful system, causingus to have to refile them! This horrid airline...
