Saraf Furniture Avoid Saraf Furniture: Terrible Customer Service and Defective Product

I ever bought a sofa from Saraf Furniture, insaraf.com, for my main room. You can even check my order number, it's #INSF323632133. I was really upset when my package came in with a defect. So, I contacted them and complained about it, but they did NOT reply to me at first. After waiting and waiting, I connected with them and they told me to drop a message to another email address for complaints. What the heck, right? Finally, I managed to contact them and they said to kindly get it repaired and provide them with the bill. Fine, I did so and asked them to pay the repair amount. But then they changed their statement and said they would replace the item instead.

I still wanted to give them a chance to make it right, and so I asked them to replace the item. Unfortunately, I am still waiting and I don't know if I will ever get my item. I'm really disappointed in this company, people! Don't be fooled by online shopping apps and sites. Take a walk down to your local furniture store or carpenter and have them make something for you, personal and unique. I am telling you, Saraf Furniture is not recommended at all.

Saraf Furniture Delay in replacement part delivery - Disappointing customer service from Saraf Furniture. #UnsatisfactoryCustomerService #DelayedResolution

Hey there!

I am a regular customer of Saraf Furniture insaraf.com, and I would like to say that they provide great quality products. But, I had a little issue with my recent purchase, a double bed. Unfortunately, the delivery person delivered a damaged part - which was surprising as it was a heavy item and needed 3 persons for unloading, but the delivery person was handling the parts alone on this occasion.

I raised a complaint on the same day (#179211), August 15th, 2021. Five long months have passed now, and it's disheartening that I haven't received any updates about the status of the replacement part. I have only been receiving false assurances that the replacement is ready to be shipped, but nothing has been done yet. There is no proper escalation process, and it is quite frustrating that no one bothers to keep me informed about the real status of the replacement part.

While I continue to follow-up, I hope that the senior management team of Saraf Furniture takes my complaint seriously. The resolution of existing customers' complaints should be one of their top priorities, and it is something they need to look into and address as soon as possible.

Hoping for a satisfactory closure to this issue soon.

Saraf Furniture Saraf Furniture Review: Buyer Beware - Long Wait Times and Poor Customer Service

Me not get how others get their orders. Me order coffee table set of 05 pcs (solid sheesham wood) worth 27,999/- from Saraf Furniture on 27 Oct 20. That's like half a year ago, but me no get the table set yet. Supposed to come on 22 Nov 20. Me contact them many times both call and email, but nothing happen. Every time me ask about order, they just give next deadline. They make me wait on hold for hours and then no callback ever happen.

This make me angry and sad. Me spend a lot of money and now it look like me lose it all. Saraf Furniture no care about their customers and it show. They not send my table and not give back my money. Me feel very helpless and frustrated. Me no want anyone else to go through this. Me suggest no order anything from them.

If anyone know how me can get help, please tell me.

Saraf Furniture Stay Away from Saraf Furniture: The Worst Company with Unprofessional Customer Service

This furniture store called Saraf Furniture (insaraf.com) is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. They deleted my review from their page, like they're trying to hide something or just trying to show only good reviews to trick new customers. I don't even believe that those reviews are real customers. Pathetic! I'm still waiting for my product to be delivered after four long months, and to be honest, I don't even trust that I will receive a good product after all this time.

The worst part is that they took the full payment upfront without the capability to offer good customer service or customisation services. I have spent over 1.5 lacs on their products in total, and I don't regret anything more than my purchase with these guys. I raised a complaint in the consumer forum, and still, I didn't get any response. Not even a message, an email or a call trying to inquire about my problems like they don't care at all.

Their customer service is out right pathetic. I have sent them more than 15 emails and made multiple calls, and yet they don't have the decency to respond. It's like they just want our money and then forget about us. It's not only about the quality of their furniture, but it's also about the quality of their customer service. They have denied a contact person who had the authority to take a decision, adding to their unprofessionalism.

I highly recommend that you stay away from Saraf Furniture. Save your hard-earned money and go to a trusted and respected furniture store that values its customers. I wish there was a ZERO rating for them.

Saraf Furniture Avoid Saraf Furniture: Horrible Customer Care and Delayed Dispatch of Order

Do not ever order from Saraf Furniture! They have the worst customer care team I've ever experienced. Their online designs got me so excited that I ordered a bed worth 40k and paid everything upfront on the 28th of January. I received a confirmation on the same day, saying that it will be dispatched a month and a half later.

I was so excited for the bed, but on repeated follow-up calls and emails, they kept pushing back the dispatch date. On the 14th of March, they said it will be dispatched at the latest by the 23rd of March. Then after following up on the 23rd, they said it will be dispatched latest by 29th March. This continued until the 2nd of April, when they said it would be dispatched on the 10th. It's so frustrating because their website doesn't show any update on my order, making me wonder if the whole thing is a scam.

And their customer care team is so bad! Today, they told me that the bed will be dispatched after three days, but I'm not holding my breath. They then had the gall to say "trust karo, teen din me dispatch ho jaayega nahi toh full refund."

But what about the heavy rent I've been paying on my current furniture? Will they compensate me for that? Companies like Saraf only take customers for a ride, wasting their valuable time, effort, and money. This was my first time ordering from Saraf Furniture, and it will definitely be my last. Do not order from these cheaters!

Saraf Furniture Saraf Furniture- A Beautifully Designed Shop with Reasonable Prices: My Shopping Experience Review

Last week I went to check out Saraf Furniture's model shop near HRBR layout in Bangalore. The store is beautifully designed and prices are reasonable. The store representatives, Suresh and Pavan, really knew what they were talking about. So, after some consideration, I decided to order the Kuber Bed, King Size with Top opening storage, Honey finish on August 7th, 2018. The order was placed under Order#INSF155802133 for Rs. 29899. According to their website, it should take around 6 days to ship and another 7-8 days to reach Bangalore. My expected delivery date is August 21st, 2018. I will update you all on my shopping experience so that it can help future buyers make their decisions.

On August 9th, I checked with Customer Support to see the status of my order. They informed me that it should be shipped in the next 2-3 days (check photo uploaded). I am eagerly waiting for it to ship and hoping to receive it by August 12th. The order flow is as expected and I have no worries.

It took a little longer than expected, but on August 28th I finally received my bed (five days of delay due to transportation and monsoon season, which is not a big deal). The bed is exactly as expected and the delivery and assembly men were polite. I am extremely happy with my experience and happy to say that I now trust Saraf Furniture with future purchases.

Saraf Furniture Stay Away From Saraf Furniture: Poor Quality Product and Unhelpful Customer Service

I bought a sofa (2 Seater) from the Saraf Furniture website, insaraf.com. Let me start by saying that there is no free installation service, except for a few selected cities, which they claim, and the installation charges are pretty high. The website mentions RS 600-900, which they say can't be confirmed. Since I didn't want to pay the installation charges, I installed the sofa myself.

The sofa seats were of very poor quality and completely different from the pictures on their website. The seating was low, small-sized, and the pieces were coming out. When I asked for a return, they informed me that there is no return policy. However, when I pointed out the return policy on their website, they changed the policy overnight.

Their call center representatives were very rude and unhelpful. I have been sending them emails, but they take 2-3 days to respond with the same response - "sorry for the inconvenience, we will send someone to install it," even though I have clearly informed them that the sofa is already installed. I want to return the product, but they have not provided any information regarding the return.

I would strongly advise everyone not to purchase from Saraf Furniture. There are much better options available like Pepperfry and Urban ladder, where I've had a wonderful experience. It seems like Saraf Furniture only wants to take your money without providing quality products or customer service.

Lastly, don't get fooled by their WhatsApp messages that make you buy fast. I have been fighting for a return for the last 15 days, and it has been a very unpleasant experience. Stay away from Saraf Furniture!

Saraf Furniture Beware of Insaraf Furniture - Terrible Service and Poor Quality Products

I'm writing this review to share my experience with Insaraf furniture. I recently purchased a TV unit from their website and I have to say that I was quite disappointed with the whole experience.

To start with, Insaraf mentions on their website that the delivery of the product will take only 14 days. However, I had to wait for two long months to receive my product. When the delivery finally arrived, I noticed that there were issues with the product. The doors were not properly aligned and there was a visible bend in all three doors.

I asked the delivery people to take back the product, but they refused and said that a carpenter will come to fix it. After waiting for 20 more days, the carpenter arrived and examined the product. He told me that the product was beyond repair and that it had to be replaced. I waited for another two months for the replacement.

During this entire ordeal, I had to follow up with their customer care team at least 50 times. And let me tell you, they never called back. Every time I followed up with them, they would give me another date for delivery or make some other excuse for the delay. Their attitude towards customers and work ethic is not up to the mark.

It's been almost four months since I've placed my order and I still have no update on whether I'll receive an un-defected product or not. I would strongly advise anyone reading this review not to trust Insaraf. Neither their service nor their products are of basic quality. They seem to be only interested in making a fool of their customers. So, please stay away from Insaraf.

Saraf Furniture Insaraf.com Failed to Deliver the Right Product and Support When Needed

I bought a bed with two side tables for my parents' bedroom from insaraf.com, keeping in mind the existing color scheme and mattress size. However, when the delivery arrived on Monday, 9th November, we received the wrong polish finish. The driver kept arguing with my mother that the paperwork says it's the same color that we ordered, and his job is only to deliver the furniture. He directed us to contact the company if we had any further questions. And that's when things started going downhill.

The only way to contact the company is via a support email address, which has yet to respond to my emails since Monday, except for acknowledging that they received my complaint, and I would receive a response in two days. A week has passed, and I still haven't received a follow-up response. It has now been 20 days, and the issue remains unresolved.

We even reached out to the local store where my parents went to check the color before I placed the order online. But the person kept arguing that they have nothing to do with the order and that they are merely a display location. They directed us to the support team via email. We even contacted their online customer service chat, which also suggested that we contact the support team via email.

We spent Rs. 40,000 on a product that we didn't order, and I'm not sure why it's taking this company so long to replace the furniture with the correct color. Moreover, the bed is 2" longer than the size listed on the website, which means we can't use the mattress we already have. So not only did we receive the incorrect color, but we also received an incorrect size. I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this company.

I love supporting local "made in India" brands, and I was excited to try out Saraf Furniture. But now, I feel hopeless and cheated. Their designs are lovely, and I would have definitely ordered more furniture if our initial experience was positive. Still, unfortunately, now I can't trust them. Saraf Furniture Disappointing experience with Saraf Furniture: Poor quality, bad craftsmanship and unprofessional service

Saraf Furniture, insaraf.com, is a highly disappointing brand, dear reader. I recently purchased a bed from them, thinking that their quality and expertise would deliver a top-notch product. But, lo and behold! The bed I received is nothing short of a defective piece of crap, with poor quality and bad craftsmanship. The list of issues with the bed is long and endless.

Firstly, on the website, they say that the bed is made of SHEESHAM WOOD, but the bed I received had a base and top made of MDF, which is of low quality. I'm pretty sure this bed can't take any weight, let alone the human weight it was manufactured for. The structure/frame on which the top MDF board rests is broken, and instead of fixing the defect, the people who came for installation tried to cover it up with the board. How unprofessional!

To make matters worse, the dovetail joints on the mainframe don't have neat grooves, and the finish is so untidy that the workers had to use hammers to force the frame together. The top ply is not designed to size, and the edges aren't straight either. There's a 3-4 inch gap at the edges, which the manufacturers decided to ignore. At some places, it doesn't fit and overlaps with the MDF part - total nightmare!

The box's base, which includes MDF, is of shallow quality, and if we were to store anything in it, it would break right away. The image on the website shows hinges and a handle to open the bed storage area (which is what a regular bed looks like). However, the bed only has MDF boards to cover the box without any fixtures/hinges. The creative minds at Saraf expect the user to remove the mattresses, lift the boards, place them on the floor, use the storage space, and repeat the drill to close the box. What an absurd approach!

We ordered from Saraf, thinking they would deliver good quality products, but we were wrong! After this bad experience, we would never recommend Saraf Furniture. It's a big NO from us, folks! And to top it off, they don't even respond to their support emails or customer care calls. It's like they don't care about their customers at all!

As a customer, I want to return the bed and ask for a refund. I've lost trust in Saraf Furniture's products and don't have the energy to waste in coordinating and checking the quality of a replacement. If Saraf had delivered a wooden log to us, we would've been more than happy to create our piece of furniture from it rather than receiving this crap product and wasting our time.

Saraf Furniture Terrible Experience with Saraf Furniture - Avoid at All Costs!

Absolutely terrible experience with Saraf Furniture! I would never recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is non-existent and they never provide any clear information about when your order will be delivered. I've been following up with them for 150 days now, sending countless emails, making endless phone calls, and even messaging them on WhatsApp, but to no avail. And to top it off, I still haven't received my entire order! I had ordered three products on August 16th, 2021, and I've only received two so far. I spent almost Rs. 50,000 on my order, and this is how they treat me as a customer?

It's absolutely appalling how little regard they have for their customers. The whole organization seems to be riddled with this apathy. I am extremely disappointed with their unprofessional behavior and the complete lack of effort they have made to provide me with a satisfactory experience. If you're considering purchasing anything from Saraf Furniture, I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere. This big FRAUD e-commerce company is far from trustworthy and not worth the headache. Save yourself the unnecessary hassle and avoid this pathetic company at all costs!

Saraf Furniture Saraf Furniture's Lack of Communication & Professionalism: A Frustrating Experience

My order with Saraf Furniture, ID#DD44146, has been a frustrating experience. Despite placing my order and making a down payment of 20000 rupees two months ago, I have yet to receive my promised product. While I understand that delays can happen, the lack of communication and transparency from Saraf Furniture is unacceptable. Every time I call, I am told that the product is under final processing, but I receive no updates or clear timeline for when I can expect my order. Additionally, emails receive no proper response which is adding fuel to my frustration.

As a customer, I am disappointed with Saraf Furniture's lack of professionalism and responsibility towards their customers. Regrettably, I have no other option but to pursue legal proceedings against them and their lackluster customer service. I will not be recommending their products or services to anyone, and I will look for healthier alternatives in the future.

Furthermore, it appears there may be some biases towards South Indian customers with Saraf Furniture. While I cannot speak to anyone else's experiences, as a consumer from the South, I have noticed a distinct lack of effort and attention towards my order. It is not fair or right that customers of different backgrounds should receive different levels of service from a company.

In conclusion, it's been a disappointment working with Saraf Furniture and I would not recommend them. The lack of communication, transparency, and fair treatment towards customers is disheartening.

Saraf Furniture Terrible Customer Service Experience with Saraf Furniture - Avoid Them!

I gotta say I ain't too happy with my experience from Saraf Furniture. I bought three products from them in September, cost me about 80k. But let me tell you, it's November now and still no sign of my stuff. I've been calling and emailing them like crazy but all I get are these promises of delivery dates that never come. Ain't no one bothered to inform me of anything after 2.5 months, not even a simple phone call. These guys keep pushing the delivery dates to next week every time I call 'em up. I've never seen such lack of customer service in my life, I tell ya. It's like they don't care about us customers at all. And don't even get me started on those "positive" reviews you can find online, they're all fake if you ask me. If you're smart you'll stay away from these guys, don't make the same mistake I did and order from them.

Saraf Furniture Worst Delivery Experience with Saraf Furniture: Would Not Recommend

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed in Saraf Furniture. I had ordered a whole bunch of furniture back in October 2021 and even made the full payment in advance. But guess what? Delivery didn't happen until February 2022! That's just ridiculous! And I don't even know how many times I had to call them in between to follow up on my order.

It's so frustrating that you can't even connect with the owners directly. Like, seriously, if a company can't even get their delivery game right, at least have the decency to take responsibility for it as the owner! But no, I had to deal with their in-house call center instead, and let me tell you, those people are just trained to lie. Don't believe a word they say!

Overall, Saraf Furniture is just a complete mess. They're so disorganized that it's honestly surprising they're still open. If I were you, I would try looking into other furniture companies based in Rajasthan. There are definitely better options out there that actually deliver on time.

That being said, I do think Saraf Furniture has potential to improve if they get their act together. But until then, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the heartburn and go with a more reliable company instead.

Saraf Furniture Beware of Saraf Furniture's Deceptive Business Practices - A Customer's Review

Worst experience ever with Saraf Furniture (aka insaraf.com). My order number is INSF174072133 and I purchased a bed from them. Although they delivered the bed, they are now refusing to do the assembling and claiming that they do not have any services in my area. That's completely ridiculous because they themselves delivered the product to my location!
Now, I have to find a carpenter to do the assembling, and if any damages occur during the process, Insaraf will not take any responsibility. That's a clear breach of trust and an act of cheating. How can they sell a product without providing the necessary services to assemble it? And what about their warranty terms? How can they uphold it if they cannot facilitate assembling the product?
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for furniture. It's just a waste of time and money. Stay away from Saraf Furniture, folks!

Saraf Furniture Saraf Furniture: Fraudulent and Unreliable - A Terrible Online Seller Experience

and the worst part is that they don't even care.

The experience I had with Saraf Furniture was really bad. I decided to order a Wooden Sofa Set from them and everything seemed great until I paid. Once I handed over my hard-earned money, it was like they disappeared off the face of the earth. It's been two whole months since I made the order and still, there's no sign of it coming. They don't answer my calls or emails and when they do, it's always with vague answers and lies.

What got me the most was when I decided to check my order status on their website. I was completely shocked to find out that there was a completely different billing and shipping address listed for my order. How could this be? I was completely flabbergasted. For two whole months, they hadn't even attempted to ship my order and on top of that, it was being sent to some random address.

Now, I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place because I can't cancel the order and get my money back. It's like they're taking me for a ride and there's nothing I can do about it. Honestly, these people are really bad news. They're fraudulent and not to mention the worst online sellers I've ever come across. I really hope that no one else has to deal with the same terrible experience that I had to go through.

Saraf Furniture Insaraf.com Review: Never Received Order or Refund, Terrible Customer Service

I want to share my experience with Saraf Furniture, specifically on their online platform insaraf.com. I ordered furniture from them during the first week of January this year, but until now, on the 19th of March, I have yet to receive my delivery. There hasn't been any communication from them on when they will be delivering the furniture I purchased.

I was so disappointed when I asked for a refund, they gave an excuse that COVID-19 happened. They never bothered to inform me earlier that they were unable to deliver until I started following up about it in March. According to their website, the shipping was scheduled on the 23rd of February, 2021. But when I reached out to their customer care, they gave fake promises on different dates and said those were confirmed dates. Despite many, many follow-ups, I still have neither the product nor my money.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise everyone not to order from insaraf.com.

Saraf Furniture Terrible Experience with Saraf Furniture: Avoid insaraf.com for Wooden Products!

This has been the worst experience of my life. I have been waiting for almost 45 days for my order from Saraf Furniture which I bought through insaraf.com. I paid for it in full advance payment but the product has not been delivered yet. I wish I could give them a negative mark or zero stars. I wouldn't recommend their platform to anyone who wants to buy wooden products.

Their advertising claims "Vocal of Local", but they are far from that. The experience has been extremely pathetic and horrible. Their responses to my queries were always very robotic and scripted, making me feel like I was talking to a machine. It was unprofessional.

To make matters worse, they are not refunding my money. They keep making excuses and saying "will get back to you" but they never do. This is unacceptable. I urge all customers to avoid this site and look for other places to buy their wood products.

Saraf Furniture Terrible Quality and Customer Service: My Horrible Experience with [Company Name]

Don't ever, ever consider getting your furniture from these people. It's a complete nightmare. The mirror we got, which should have been the easiest thing to deal with, came broken. That's not all that was wrong- the chairs and the table itself were just awful in quality. I'm talking defects everywhere. Can't believe they would ship out such terrible products. Then, a mere 20 days in, the table was already coming apart. We tried calling and emailing them, but they just ignored us. No one would come out and fix it or even address the problem. To make things worse, their representative in Goa was completely uncaring and nasty to us. It took months of hassling them to finally get some action, but ultimately we had to fork over 3k for the mirror repair and 1k for the table and chairs. I had a carpenter come take a look too and he said that the furniture wasn't actually solid wood like they claim. It's just some cheap stuff that warped and cracked. Seriously, can't emphasize enough how much of a scam this company is. Don't let them do this to you- stay away!

Saraf Furniture Insaraf.com - Unreliable and Unprofessional Service for Japanese Dining Table Set

I ain't never been so stressed as I was when I ordered my Japanese dining table set from insaraf.com. They advertised themselves as a trustworthy company, but my experience proved them to be anything but.

I went ahead and placed my order for a 6-seater table set on the 9th of January, 2020. It wasn't until the 26th of January that I finally received the order after a long wait. And as if that wasn't bad enough, the table was completely damaged during assembly by their delivery boys. I couldn't believe my eyes!

It took them a whole month before I got a replacement table, but that wasn't any better either. The replacement table wasn't polished properly and was in no way matching the chairs that came with it. I knew I had to call them yet again requesting for another replacement.

However, to this day, despite several occasions where insaraf.com committed to sending me a replacement, I am yet to receive any response from their side whatsoever. It's been like drawing blood from a rock.

Honestly, this company is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. Their management skills and professionalism are appalling. They were never reliable, not even for a second. I would never improve anyone to order from insaraf.com.

It's sad that I had to waste INR 22999 on such a terrible company. If I had known beforehand, I'd never have ordered from them.
