Samsung sent me a new phone with a trade and which was picked up by ups and confirmed. Samsung shut my phone down until I paid my trade in 5 months later which now UPS no longer has records of this delivery because its past 120 days.
This was their label with no required receipt and they cleared out my account with no record of my purchase.
