Order #325163331 -$370.65 placed online with Saks on Feb 21, 2026 for Cinq A Sept dress polka dot in plum in US 12. Midi dress with sweetheart top and short puff sleeves. This was reorder of the same dress in US 14 on order#325126235 placed with Saks on Feb 16, 2026 for which I received also the Cinq A Sept MINI dress in a different print (arabesque) with a collar and long sleeved unusable for senior citizen. I called Saks and returned the both item. PayPal handles the first return refund as I did not agree to receive a Saks gift card (return label specifies that the incorrect item was sent)- see attached.
I called Saks and returned both dresses using FEDEX labels provided by Saks indicating that incorrect item was sent to me.
I received a gift card for $360.25 for the first order after deducting restocking fee although Saks provided incorrect and unusable for me item. I am waiting for the second refund. It is devastating for me to provide to Saks $741.25 interest free loans while paying interest on credit cards. There is a ton of complaints about Saks sending online shoppers unsellable, damaged items and not providing refunds or delaying refunds. I paid with money not IOU/gift card and want a real money refund
