Sailrite Enterprise

I can't say enough good about the Sailrite Ultrafeed LZ1 or the people who run this company but I'm going to try. First the machine. In a word, incredible. It absolutely delivers on its promises and is every bit as capable as the scads of informative videos purport. It is a hulking beast that makes even high end domestic machines cower. The thing is rock solid and means business. I have seen for 12 years and own Baby Lock embroidery machines, sergers, a Sashiko, a felting machine, and the Crescendo sewing/quilting machine. They are all great machines but are not designed for the heaviest fabrics and layers of denim, so after years of watching Sailrite videos I decided to take the plunge—zero regrets. I bought some of the heavy weight (V92) threads that I find to be of excellent quality, some lovely marine vinyl for a grill cover, and additional needles and bobbins along with the industrial table. I'm very happy with all of the items I purchased. Anyone who sees knees that customer service and support are just as important as the machine and supplies themselves and Sailrite delivers in spades here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and can assist you in making the right choice to suit your needs and intended use. They also under promised and over delivered in that I placed my rather substantial and complex order on a Tuesday afternoon and all of the items I ordered were on my front porch Thursday afternoon, slightly over 48 hours later; color me impressed! Beyond that, they have produced soooo many videos that answer questions, demonstrate the machines, and troubleshoot. If you've ever been in the middle of a project after normal business hours and encountered a problem for which you required support, you know that a quick answer can put you back on the road to completing your project. I know that most of their videos pre-date our covid era but is it ever great to be able to access support when ever you need it. I'm a visual learner so the videos are by far a better bet for me than a manual. If you're on the fence do your research and in the end, trust the hype. This company and their products are exactly as they seem, maybe even better.
