Great service ! Beautiful work , I?m in love with my new garage door.

I had a new Hurricane 2 car garage installed in less than a year old and the paint was dark brown in color after installation the were panels in the center that were scratched up pretty bad. I contacted the company and they agreed to replace the two panels without issue. On June 22nd I noticed the paint started to change color in different sections of those two panels I contacted the company and sent pictures and the response from them was the damages appears to be that someone spray painted the areas with a different color. I spoke to *** by phone and told him why would I spray paint my door If it was still under warranty. He went to explain that the color would show green as a primer. after going back and forth he said he would check with the manufacturer and get back to it's going on 8 weeks with no response I called and left a voicemail no call back.

My garage door was not installed by hurricane garage doors even know thats who I hired. The company they did send hardly spoke English and when I pointed put things were wrong they. Are up some excuse why...my garage door is crooked and doesn't close.all the way and wanst like this before

The Hurricane Garage Door company did a fantastic job in the replacement and service of my hurricane rated door. They provided a quote and was able to let me coordinate and pay for the install while in Maryland. The technician was fast, efficient, and in time. I highly recommend them and will keep them in my speed dial for any future requirements.

This company is Unprofessional, unresponsive, rude, unorganized. Unfortunately, I had the experience of talking to the owner ***, after waiting more then a week for him to return my call. Once you speck with ***, you will understand why the company is run the way it is, why the employees yell at customers. They cancel 15 minutes before they are supposed to be here to install the door. They finally came to install the door & didn't have the correct parts. They use subcontractors to do the installation. There is no line of communication with this company, they just show up when they want. Including the inspection, we were told he was coming on one day and came other day. The installer made two holes in our ceiling to install the new garage door opener, Every time we open & close the garage door the insulation from the attic come out, we stuff the holes with newspaper. I spoke with *** and emailed the pictures. He said he would get back to me, I called the company spoke to *** left messages to no avail. All paperwork including the bill of sale is emailed to the customer, they do not provide printed documents, including the permit, even though they charge $250. for the permit. We are seniors & do to COVID we didn't want to leave our house, to have the paper work printed for the inspector. I asked if they could please print it & mail it to me. I was told that it is the customer's responsibility to print the paperwork. They were paid in full and we would like our ceiling fixed. I would only use this company if you want aggravation.

I just feel the need to updated my complaint. On September 22, I received a call FROM. *** WHO said, her manager wanted to know what they can do to get me to remove my review. Very simple ...fix the holes in my ceiling that your installer put there. She offer me $100, to remove my reviews & to get my ceiling fix. I'D like to know where you can find someone to put up sheetrock, plaster & PAINT. for $100. I will not accept THE $100 nor will I remove my reviews. They are just a rip off company. Even charging so much to file for the permit, as I have already posted. I am hoping this will help someone going forward.
