This is the second time I have used Majors for my project needs. They built a screen room in my backyard. I am very pleased with the results. Everything they have built for me has been high quality and we have been very pleased. They do a great job keeping you updated on the progress. They always respond quickly when you call with any questions.

From the 1st day that Majors sales manager showed up at our home until the final installation, nothing can describe the outstanding service, quality and satisfaction we experienced with Majors Home Improvement. They are truly a company that stands by their product selection, and team member quality attitude. I just wish I could give them a 6 star rating.

A very professional, well organized company. From start to finish, the estimator, to the front office staff and especially the installers, all were very courteous, organized and did a great job.
We had no issues even though this company is located near Pensacola and we live in Lynn Haven/Panama City. Distance was never an issue for them.
I would recommend Majors Home Improvement to anyone.

From the Initial project interview in my home to the completion of my project. I observed professionalism and customer service like I have not observed much in today's business environment. The quality of the work by the construction crew on my new entry door, storm door and patio cover was superb. After completion of the project the work area was left in a very clean condition. I highly recommend Majors Home Improvement to everyone.

We would give Major's 10 stars if we could! This company actually does EXACTLY what they say they will do...ON SCHEDULE! They have GREAT PRODUCTS...and the BEST customer service of ANY company we have worked with during the rebuild of our home! From sales people to management to installation crew...ALL PREMIER PROFESSIONALS! After 1.5 years of frustration and "rip offs" since Hurricane Michael, I must say working with Major's was a "breath of fresh air". HATS OFF to the entire TEAM!

From the initial meeting with the salesman, *** (name of salesman), to the very end where the windows and sliding glass door were installed, everything went flawlessly. Majors home improvement has an excellent system in place and at each step, I was kept informed of the time line and when the contractors would be coming out to complete each part of the process. They use their own people, not subcontractors, and the warranty on the windows was excellent for the price. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend them to others.

Majors Home Improvement did a wonderful job replacing all our windows and front door as well as the door into the garage. It took longer than we expected to receive the order because of problems with the suppliers. But the order was worth the wait. The crews who installed the windows and doors were great. Joel, Henry and Travis were very professional and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. They cleaned up each day and didn't leave any mess. We would highly recommend this company to everyone.

It's been a long time since I was completely satisfied with a contractor's work crew but these guys were excellent. Not just one or two but all of them. Professional, polite, respectful of my property, knowledgeable, paid attention to detail, and cleaned up the worksite. We love the windows and they are top quality and well built and we can already tell a difference in the temperature in the house especially the south and west-facing Florida Room. It use to be unbearably hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Not now. Also now I don't need hurricane shutters. I would recommend Majors to anyone looking for windows

I've been in this area and in my home, for a bit over 17 years. I've had several contractors perform work, on my property. So far, this 1 of 2 contracting organizations that I would give a 5 star rating. From the beginning, the lead person to the installers kept my spouse and I abreast on the how; why; what; and when. This is an experience that I've learned is very rare in this neck of the woods. I'd like to give a special shout out to the brothers Paul and Travis. They were the installers. Very friendly, clean, and professional. Should I need this organization again, I will specifically request these 2 gentlemen by name.

Contract signed in September for a replacement of large screened porch with a glassed in Sun Room. Project not finished yet. Sales Person: Cameron Smith. Paid by Credit Card in amount of $30,000.00. No communication between me and Majors Home Improvement at all. On February 6th, I sent an email to the office manager concerning issues/things not accomplished/fixed. I have left messages/emails with no return calls or emails. On January 20th, January 29th, January 30th, and February 30th, the crews were a NO Show. On February 30th, when I called about them coming, I was told that they forgot they had another job. I was told by the salesman that once they started, they would stay on it until finished. The project is still not completed as of July 17. Materials, windows, doors, panel, etc. were left out in the weather for 3 weeks. On February 5th, they cut a wire and left it hanging, also left a cut wire across the lawn. One of the cut wires was my sprinkler system. Ever since the start of my project, I have had leaks (in the porch as well as the roof) and to this day still have leaks in the porch as well as the roof. My concrete had to be redone. It was unlevel and had humps in it. On February 6th, I got a call from Mike (employee of Majors) stating the concrete man (Erwin) was to call me before he came out. No calls, did not come. Finally, after numerous calls, emails, voice messages, etc., the concrete man and 2 workers came out on April 6th. It took me 2 months to start getting the concrete replaced. On February 7th, light was coming in the door all the way down. Screens were ordered but did not come in with windows. One screen took a month to get here (cut wrong, didn't fit). I sent emails and pictures of problems/issues and still no satisfaction. Electricity was cut off for 1 day in parts of the house. What I did not know was they cut off a big circuit breaker. It got cold that night and I had no heat. I sent an email again to Mike on February 17th about leaks and concrete needing to be fixed. No reply until February 20th, making excuses about not being able to get ahold of the man that pours concrete. He didn't say anything about fixing leaks (AC leaked underneath, wasn't caulked on both sides of AC). On April 6th, I told Mike about rust on AC, he said "keep an eye on it and if we have to, we'll replace it". When taking off the old roof, they left it a hazard with nails left in it and falling down. I was lucky no one got hurt, especially me because several pieces fell before they got back out to fix it. The crew left the door open to the Utility Room, it rained and damaged some of my tile. These are just a few of the things that have been done wrong. I have a whole list full. I have sent numerous emails, called, sent pictures showing issues, called back with terrible response. I have been told on numerous occasions (when they have come out to fix things) that "don't worry we will fix it all" lol. Not fixed yet. I have had QC come out, we talked, he said he would have a meeting with everyone concerned and it would get better. No return calls/emails. A man by the name of Jason came out on July 15th. He said they would fix everything in time and there would be better communication. Heath (the man that schedules) called and wanted Steve to come out next week. I called him back, he is not in the office, talked to Jason, he said he would tell Heath to call me back at 8am. No call, called Majors, talked to Heath, he said he never got the message. Who am I supposed to believe? Bad communication again. They let Mike go last week so I had to call them to check on the status. Found out today that Mike Johnson Jr. does not own the company anymore. I have been mistreated, lied to, stressed out, made uncomfortable, yelled at, and even brought to tears by an employee. I have had other home improvements done before but never went through this. I WILL NOT give Majors Home Improvement a reference. I am telling Friends and Family NEVER hire them for anything. I won't ever again. I have been waiting almost a year for my Sun Room to get finished and it is still not finished and don't know when it will be.
