SaferWholeSale.com Sent me broken product

I ordered and received an LG Super AB Toner chair with bicycle attachment. The chair is ok but the bicycle attachment was broken. I immediately called saferwholesale and they said they would send a new attachment out. I never received it and call again and spoke with Kyle. He said he would send one out to me.

I waited another two weeks and called again and spoke with Matt explaining that I had not received the bicycle attachment. He asked if I had sent a picture of the damaged product. I explained that Kyle did not request a picture.
Matt put me on hold about seven minutes. When he returned he said he tried calling the manufacturer but the guy he needed to talk to was out to lunch. He said the guy would call him back and then he would call me back. This really sounds similar to all the other reviews I have read. I'll wait another 2 weeks and see what happens. I consider myself lucky as this was only a $10.00 attachment.

SaferWholeSale.com ATV

I purchased a new ATV approximately six months ago and have yet to ride it. Several phone calls later and E-mails and still feel like I'm getting the run around. Wish I lived closer to the company. I would park the damn bike right out front with nice signs all over it. I thought I was being smart by saving some money on a new ATV. Boy was I wrong. The hasal and stress, not to mention time from my schedule to make phone calls and send E-mails. Never again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A SITE. NOTHING SAFE ABOUT IT!

Is it your fault or theirs, you didn't say what the problem was, If you bought something you were to assemble, did you do it, did you do it right, did you know what you were doing. I see a lot of complaints, and it comes down to the buyer not knowing what the hell they are doing, and can't assemble something, they should get a 1st grader to help them.

SaferWholeSale.com refund

I purchased a 150cc go kart from these jokers and it has been nothing but a big hassle. I origianlly purchased one that was 2599.99, after they debited my bank account for it, they called to tell me that this one was on back order. They sent me another one that was a little cheaper. They promised a refund of 400.00 which I still have not received and this was back in April that the purchase was made. After 100's of calls and emails to them, I have got no where. These people are a bunch of liars and the company is a BIG SCAM!

ordered a go cart from them had for 7 weeks only got to use it 10 minutes had a bent valve got it back paid for it myself now it won't shift, sending me a video on how to adjust. was on the phone for 1 hour and 10 minutes that's an hour longer than i got to use the go cart.the website said it smoked the other competition, well i hate to see the other competition. please do not order from them.

SaferWholeSale.com sales rep with bad attitude

I am SO glad I checked up on these characters. My complaint is nothing compared to what I just read about them on this site. I'm setting up a new business and was ready to give them a starter order of 16 models of their mopeds. NOT ANYMORE! I just had my initial contact with a "representative" of this outfit that had the world's worst attitude which prompted me to check them out for complaints and here they are! Thank God I ran across this report .and found them to be someone NOT to do business with. I thought something smelled funny when this was the first website that sell these mopeds and if you look there are no model numbers on any of the bikes. That right there should have made me stop, because they could have sent me anything if I sent in an order with no SKU''s on them.
Lesson learned.

Paid 1, 500.00 for a scooter. Never got it. A very expensive lesson learned. Should have checked this web site befor buying. Found the web site on ebay, thought it would be safe, wrong. I intend to pay them a visit personaly very soon. They should call themselves UnsafeWholesale.com.

During the 7 years of care-giver work to mother with Alzheimer I was often offered some psychological suffort for caregivers in such hard cases and answered that "my time will come". I had the fixed plan to fullfil myself some dream and go on a motorbike through the Southern USA. After 7 years of work I also became 62 and I am German so I made a logistical plan. I bought a Piaggio in Germany to practice traffic and on roads. See photo. When I was feeling sure, I booked a flight and arrived in Florida November 2nd 2013.
On Monday the 4th Nov. I registred oin the American driving training and made my license on Nov. 17th.
I had modified my plan to a scooter because I can take some more items on it with me and bought this Scooter in Sale G49214 on Nov. 21st 2013, planing to go to Jacksonville and on highway 1A1 down the beach roads to the tip of Florida in the remaining vacation and guess what:
My vacation ends on December 25th. the scooter sits with transportation damages with full tank, oil change and NO PLATES in my friends garage and my vacation is f****d and my stupid dream down the drain and the scooter on Craigslist of Gainesville. After paying for the "Title Procedure 24, 95 $ a FEdex title would have at leasdt allowed me to have ONE ride before flying home...

SaferWholeSale.com Wrong item received

After receiving the wrong scooter Safer Wholesale (Great Sports, Inc.) Ordered the Sicily 50cc and received a ZNEN 50cc Euro scooter. The advertised scooter on the website is a 6HP scooter that goes up to 45 mph, the one received is a 4HP that goes only 25 mph. They had agreed to send compensation for the difference and a warranty. . They also agreed to send out a couple of helmets to compensate for the error made for the order. I called today as they have not responded to my emails since they agreed to send the helmets, check, extended warranty and mirror on June 22, 2011. They now tell me that the helmets are not in stock and they are retracting the agreement made in writing. I have also been waiting 7 weeks for a mirror to replace the one received that is inoperable and the scooter is not legal to drive in California without the mirror. After NUMEROUS emails they now stated today (almost 2 months later) that they ordered the mirror. I never wanted this scooter, the specs are completely different and they refuse to return it.

I received a scooter that is completely different thatn the one that I ordered. It's a much lower level (4 HP, Top speed 25 mph, weight capacity 176 lbs.) We cannot even use the scooter as the weight capacity doesn't even work as no one except myself weigh under 176 lbs. The speed on the roads in our area range around 40 mph. The scooter I orederd was 6 HP, up to 45 mph with a weight capacity of 300 lbs. They say you get what you pay for. Well I didn't even get that. Parts are broken, we just unwrapped yesterday even though we received 3 weeks ago as I was waiting to return the scoter. The company refuses to return it or give me my money back. This was a gift but it's been sitting for 3 weeks and we had to buy something else for a gift as this has been a nightmare. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. UNSAFER WHOLESALE. The product prices are not wholesale prices as they state. They lure you in with SALE ENDS TONIGHT! The prices never change. I just want what I ordered.

SaferWholeSale.com Never received product

I ordered 10 netbooks and have never received them. I have waited patiently for three full weeks now and still no netbooks. I have spent $1200.00 of my hard earned income just to get ripped off by this company. I looked up this companies profile with the BBB and found out that they have over 155 complaints reported. I have contact my lawyer and he is working toward this case. I hve spoken with so many different people from customer service..Amanda, Brooklyn, Alex, Scott, and Sara just for them to tell me I have to wait until their warehouse release the tracking information. I am so disappointed and want this resolved.

I ordered Scooter from the website www.saferwholesale.com. I paid about $1, 000 for it and for the delivery. After a month, I called to this company and asked about my order. The representative told me that it was out of stock and they needed to call the manufacturer. They again disappeared for a month. After that they offered me the refund, which they never sent to me. Oh, Hell, it the worst experience I ever had. Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.

Online purchase of inflatable spa. At checkout, offered a $50.00 discount if paid by online check. I switched from CC to online check. When receipt delivered by e-mail no discount was applied. I called customer service and was informed that discount only applied to orders of $1, 000.00 or more. Tried to cancel order (same night) was informed no cancellations or returns. Tried to stop payment of check but company submitted check under another name, not the check number.

SaferWholeSale.com It has now been 14 business day and I have not even received a tracking number

BEWARE OF 50CC "VESPA" MOPED. This moped is not a 'VESPA' moped. I was led to believe by the add and the salesperson that this was a 'VESPA' mooped, when in fact it is a chineese made mooped. NO product information available, except sicily 50cc moped, no model #, what company made it etc. The sales manager was suppose to change the add to "VESPA STYLE" MOPED. This was a week ago, but the add has not been changed. I also was led to believe by the salesperson that it was a 'VESPA' moped! I was told I would receive the moped in 10-15 business days. It has now been 14 business day and I have not even received a tracking number.

SaferWholeSale.com Bad product that seems like it will never work.

My family and I spent hard earned money on an ATV from this company and since the day we have had it, its been like a suvenir because it doesnt work. We replaced many company called parts and its still not working. They even said that they would take care of any labor that we owed because of the trouble. Now that I have a bill well over 200 bucks they say they would reimburse me if I paid for the labor. They also have so many phone numbers that all go to the same place. With 2 or 3 differant websites that all connect to the same place. I have not been offered any credit or money back. I even wrote a letter and emailed it to customer service twice requesting a new unit and I would be glad to send this one back. The only answer I get from these scam artist are there is a simple problem, it can easily be fixed. We will assist you with fixing this problem over the phone. This ATV has been in a repair shop since ive had it. It has never cranked and has no intentions on cranking. We repalced the handlebar controllers, ignition coil, cdi box, and the stator. This ATV still doesnt work. The parts guy MATT at SAFERWHOLESALE actually smashed the phone in my face when I asked him about the letter that I sent to customer service requesting a refund or new product that works. I gave away 15oo dollars and paid for the shipping and they refuse to help a concerned customer. I really would like to know how many people have been through what im going through with these people. It should be a crime to sell a bad product to someone and you should be responsible for replacing it if it does not work. I have written a letter to the president to ask about such situations. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I orderd a 2KW 48 volt Windmill from Safer Wholsale, With a three year warranty, paid $2, 628.95. C M S Magnetics in Texas, shipped the windmill. Having problems with the windmill and many E-mails back and forth, it turns out they shipped the wrong system to me. Now they say I approved the replacement system, when I did not. TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for a moped with this company (Saferwholesale.com) in early 2011 and they failed to tell me that the particular moped ordered WOULD be illegal to operate in my state of California. After trying to cancel my order by emailing, calling, and computer assistance failed, I notified my bank and the BBB. Saferwholesale basically took my money for a bike that I would not be able to use once I received it; moreover, they refused to reimburse my total charges when I tried to cancel the next day. This company has no license to sell any bike or moped in the state of California! This company has been disguising themselves by changing their names and webite once lawsuits and BBB complaints have been filed against them. DO NOT believe their responses on here! They tell you to contact them but when you do, they never answer or reply to your emails or phone calls; and they'll definately give you the run-around!

Criminal company, sending out damaged items for full retail price, when you try and find out why they attempt to bully you , such as well why do you think the item is broken ? and when you attempt to answer they start speaking over you, even if the delivery driver is on your side and states the item was not in fair condition, they will refuse to replace or refund, you have to cancel it with your credit card company, only way to get fair treatment

Company states that business delivery is free and is reflected on the online invoice, sales department called seconds later and told that delivery is free but not shipping(250.00). When I cancelled order for this deception. Sales person got belligerent and the name calling began.

Wholesale dress is a big fault for a customer shopping online. I ordered total 4 orders and paid more than the product cost to courier firms to get these early but although they claims that they ship in 2 days, it has been 14 days and the goods are still at preparing status on the site. I paid for such big courier cost just for nothing.
Honestly this is not the correct way of working. I received one parcel from them after sending alot of emails and the result was disaster.
One of my product in the sent parcel was missing as it is out of stock.
But is wass available on the site and that is why I paid. Quality, fabric and colours were completly different from the ones on site. It was a very cheap imitation. There was a very heavy old magazine in the parcel. One of my product was missing and there was a heavy magazine instead to make the parcel heavy. As I paid the courier cost at the begining and they are not paying back this cost when they do missing shipments.
I paid a courier cost for a magazine instead of my missing jacket!
I am really very sad to work such a company wich is doing unethical things to their customers.
I want to cancel the orders and ask them to make the payment back to me and there is no reply.
Someone should stop this company ...
Pls do not buy anything from this website...

OMG STAY AWAY,
I bought a super trikke scooter from them in June. I did not get it until the middle of August. it came with no direction or title. When I called to get my title they gave me the run around and were very rude to me. It is September and I still don't have it. I am going to contact the Attorney General and the B B B. I might also have to sue them, that's how bad they are

I bought a compellar trike scooter from them and it also is a nightmare. They are rude, hang-up on you when you try to get answers from them. I also notified the BBB, attorney generals office of Ma and IL., the consumer protection agency and the FTC. Someone out there has to help us that got screwed from safer wholesale. They need to reimbursed us and they need to be put out of business as they are very unprofessional to the customers. I bought my piece of garbage from them on April 25, 2012. it spent over 45 days in the repair shop for a bent shifter rod, oil leak, and other issues. They don't want to bothered with the phone especially customer service. Attorney generals office from Ma. told me that they talked to them and I was supposed to be reimbursed back for all the repairs that had to be done. This was a brand new trike. I am frustrated knowing that this company can just screw there customers. I hope somebody can help all of us get back money from this company. Signed Unhappy

I had a similar experience with this company. I ordered a scooter and when I received it there were missing parts and it only ran for approx 60 secends. I took it to a mechanic who informed me that the motor had a manufacturers defect and it could not be fixed. I contacted the company who were rude and kept telling me that they didn't do exchanges but they would send replacement parts and pay for repairs. They did not honor either of these proposals and threatened legal action when I put a stop payment on the charges and got my money back. I tried to send it back to them but they would not accept returns. They will not replace your purchase, they will not try to fix it and you cannot return it to them.

Beware of saferwholesale.com / Great Sports Inc, they are crooks. I ordered a new infrared sauna from them and was sent a used demo model, complete with dirty wood floor, gouged wood panels, broken heater guards, and large price tag hanging from the pre-assembled door handle. Sales and customer service won't even listen to you, they repeat "we sent you a new one". I'll be moving on to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Bummed.

SaferWholeSale.com Used product sold as new

Ordered new Sante Fe Infrared Sauna from SaferWholeSale.com, received a used floor model / demo unit from them. After explaining this to both sales and customer service, both claimed that I was shipped a new unit. Not only is it annoying that I received a product that was not new, now I have customer service telling me that dirty sauna floors, warped top, gouges in wood walls and base, broken heater racks, fingerprints all over glass panels and door, and big price tag hanging from already assembled door is considered new. A complete joke of a company, products, and personnel. I will definitely NOT order from these crooks again.

On top of this, the instructions for the product are vague. Exhibits show pieces that don't exist, the electrical requirements were different for this sauna on 6 web sites all selling the same product. Do yourself a favor, go to your local spa dealer and buy one you can actually see.

SaferWholeSale.com Buyer Beware

We purchased a 150cc Dirt Hugger go kart on November 2010 for our boys for Christmas. We received the go kart in a timely manner, however when we received the product, someone had placed the tires and wheels on the seats before it was shipped and they left indentions and small tears in the seats. Also, the covers for the safety pads were missing, which means we cannot place them on the go kart. We contacted the company, spoke with Matt in Parts, who then wanted pictures for warranty reasons. After sending the pictures and several phone calls later, he shipped out new seats...however, they were in worse shape than the orginial ones. These seats were obiviously used for had red spray paint on them, the paint was worn off of the rails where someone had been sliding the seat back and forth and the seat rails were even bent. The invoice also stated the the covers for pads were enclosed, but they were no where to be found. We then contacted Matt again and he said he would check into it and call us back. After a week and no call, we called Matt back and he said that he couldn't do any better with the seats since these were the only ones available and that the covers are on back order. He has offered to credit us $50.00 for the seats, although it will cost us five times that to have them redone. We paid $1800 with shipping for this gift and it is still not right. I would suggest that if you are thinking about doing business with this company to reconsider. We had entertained the idea of buying the 1000cc for ourselves, but there is no way I will buy the product from this company.

I'm amazed these guys are still in business. This appears to be my only option to get satisfaction. We purchased two go-karts for our boys and got approximately one hour run time each. We took one into the machanic on the suggestion of the parts and service department and spent an additional $600 in repairs then the go-kart broke again after 30 minutes. On one there was an oil leak and within an hour the engine had drained and seized up. The other go-kart got stuck in gear. One go-kart came with a broken headlight and missing emission hose. Parts and Service were contacted but we never received the part. The mufflers broke on both go-karts, the carborator came lose on one and almost fell off, the chain guard broke on both go-karts. Keep in mind these were run for only one hour each. Beginning January 5th we have been trying to get a refund or warranty but today we have given up. The company is designed to frustrate you to give up. There seems to be a mandatory "hold" time on the phone of about 25 minutes when you call. You are asked to email specifics and invoices but to no avail. You will not receive a response. Finally I "took over" the case as my husband is beyond frustrated with the lack of response or service. I asked to speak to a General Manager or Owner. I was told "we don't have one". I was told the various departments are set up with six managers and no one else is in charge. No company is set up this way. I asked who payed them, "payroll". Who hired you? "The owner but I can't give you his information, it's my job to help you." I told him he hasn't been able to help us and I had read the reviews online and at this point was painfully aware we would not get any satisfaction from this company. The customer service man was rude, disrespectful and continually wanted to transfer me to parts and service. He repeated told me I needed parts and service and I repeatedly told him I wanted "customer service". At one point he cut me off mid-sentence and rudely said he is transferring me anyway to parts and service. I told him, "wow, that's nice", and he responded sarcastically with, "it is nice, probably the nicest thing we will do for you." I was then put on the "mandatory hold" while waiting for parts and service. The parts and service man was patient and polite (a tough job given how many of these complaints he must deal with on a daily basis). I spoke with him about the ethics of the company he works for and that hard-working people are getting ripped off while the owner remains "hidden" and makes money. I was told they are a cheap Chinese product, and I told him that he knows that as do I (now) and the website should indicate they are a "piece of crap". After reading the reviews, our well-documented numerous contacts with this company, and my own personal experience with the Customer Service Manager, yes, he is a manager, I now know anyone who buys from this company will be at a loss and basically, "ripped off". I informed the Parts & Service Administrator that I plan on reviewing their company on as many sites as I can, because the consumer needs to be protected. What was supposed to be a great Christmas present for our sons became a disappointing and frustrating (and costly) deal.

WOW! horrible customer service. I can't believe this company is still in business. I would think that the BBB of Illinois would shut them down. They sell damaged goods and give customers no options except for take it or leave it and if you return the items, we keep your money. Geraldo, the manager, who has no boss and Dan, the rep who reports to Geraldo are absolutely incredulous. No morals and no tact. Cant wait to see what claims does about this. If you want to spend good money for damaged goods, then buy from Great Sports c/o Sunright.

I bought a year ago a barrel sauna plus heater and accessories. After a few month I got the barrel and the the heater. A good sauna heater cost between $600 and $1000, Great Sports send me a very bad one, cost $359.
So I have to buy an other one. After a year I still don;t have the accessories for the sauna. I did it all to get the accessories, e-mails ( a few every month), phone calls, and chats. There was all the time a reason not to deliver. The best one was the last, :from Conrad: " the manufacture just haven gotten back to me". Of course, which company will trust Great Sports? Thus a asked to send me the money, to buy the accessories myself. After that I haven't heard from them. Thus I bought the accessories myself. I am tired doing business with them. 3-27-12: I paid 550.00 for leather recliner by debit. Was told would receive in 9 days by customer service rep. 4-17-12: NO RECLINER. Finally got call back from tim murphy who notified me that they did not have the chair I ordered--BUT--he offered alternative:choice by e-mail only--which I still have not received on [protected]. Called and demanded ALL my money back. He said he would return 100% of my money to my bank account but it would take 3-5 business days...we will see if he tells the truth THIS TIME or is lying and I have to go take legal action.!

Since Feb. of this year 2011. I have been back and forth with an ATV that i paid almost 1500 dollars for and it has never worked. I am still trying to get it to work even with all the electrical parts replaced and a bill thats over 200 dollars at a well known dealership and it still does not work. I have even asked that the unit be replaced and I get no other answer besides it can be fixed. Its something simple. Now that it is almost May my family and I have still not had the chance to ride it. It really seems that we wont with all the phone calls about a bad product and its still not resloved after this long. we have not been offered any kind of credit nor a chance to have a new unit sent and we send this one back. This was a learning experiance fr my family and I. We will consider doing more shopping with whoever sales these ATVs with all the different phone numbers that go to the same place Great Sports in Illinois and a place in Los Angelas called Saferwholesale but we cant be treated like valued customers and get sold a bad unit and looks like we will be stuck with it until... Thanks to Nick, Matt, and the rest of the crew at Saferwholesale and Great Sports Inc.

BUYERS BEWARE! This company is very deceitful in their businss practices. I will never purchase anything from them in the future and would suggest anyone thinking about making a purchase to be sure to investigate extensively their practises. We purchased a Dynamic and Essence Heater for close to $300.00 which was suppose to heat a small room. We were very dissatisfied with the item and contacted the company to return it at which time we were told they don't do returns. We indicated that we were unaware they would not take returns at which time they directed us to the website information which on page 4 directs you to another website where it does say they don't take returns (VERY DECEIVING). When we contacted the company they finally said they would take the item back but there would be a 30% restocking fee (which included the shipping & handles fee) they indicated that the shipping fee wouldn't be more than $20.00 HAH! When we contacted various shipping agents (UPS, PO etc) we were informed that we were looking at $40.00 an up so after all this we decided that we would be returning the item for less than 1/2 return of what we paid and will be keeping the item. We will stick it in the bathroom as that is the only room small enough for it to heat

I bought a Marey tankless propane water heater which I paid double the price as it sells for $220 and I paid $424 + shipping which comes to $483.I am not satisfied as it is too small for heating my water at the cottage and as I read the small print on my bill it says that no return would be accepted as this was an experimantal and no return accepted.I got ripp Off good.I tried to get a hold from Efficient future inc. which the payment was made to but I can't get no web page from this company.Stay away from them.

When ordering an item from saferwholesale.com I was informed by the sales agent prior to ordering online I would recieve a tracking number within 2-3 business days. After those days passed I called and was informed that a tracking number would be provide within 10 business days. I caled again to obtain the trackong number and was again informed that I would recieve the tracking number in another 10 business days. The same item can be found on Amazon.com ( not a plug but a reputable company). The item claimed delivery within 3-5 business day NORMAL SHIPPING!

you want to buy from a crooked company this is the site bad customer service, received my order all damaged up i call the company and they said to put it together that way we can see what is damaged front and rear clips broken both sides of floor pans cracked missing parts the dash and the nose of the utv all cracked up maybe frame damaged i have contacted them and nothing just keep saying we are not going to give you a new one , but i have to take this unit apart and replace all most all of the unit missing parts on motor tie wraps for hood windshield not bolted they said you can see that on the add,, this is a really bad place go on line and read them revieiws that they don't want you to see BUYER BEWARE have a unit here that they will not fix or take care of the problem and to return it they want me to pay 1500.00 or more this one will go to court

They promised to refund my money of only 200.00 Lay away fee, they say it went against policy but i see no policy rules, after my mom passed but never got it filed a complaint with BBb but nothing happened, they also seem to false advertise the product, the mojo is pictured but I notice the trike is different else were, , and very high priced. They charge shipping when other offer free and the final.

I have just purchased a scooter on saferwholesale.com - the scooter is great, but I have questions on what kind of oil to use and how quick I need to change the oil. Can someone help me? I was told not to use synthetic oil? Is that true? I will purchase many more units from this company in the future and recommend my family and friends to them, but watch out because their shipping was super fast. I was on vacation and almost missed the delivery!

I contacted safer wholesales also and the service was the most disrespectful service I have ever had. The first time that I spoke to them was very pleasant and when I called back the following day, that was when it happened. I did not get my questions answered and then they just hung up on me. I called back to speak with a supervisor and the lady that answered the phone tried to take the complaint after I requested to speak with a supervisor. She informed me that she is not a supervisor but she will take the complaint. After a loooooooong battle with her, I was finally transferred to the sales department. The sales department tried to take the complaint after he told me that he was not a supervisor and hung on me. I called back and went through the same thing. I spoke with a guy named Jerry and he tried to get off the subject of the complaint. After he listened for about 10 seconds, he tried it again. I told him that I felt he was getting off the subject, he yelled at me and said that he listened to the complaint and kept yelling. These people DO NOT treat potential customers with the respect that they deserve. I recomend that no one does ANY TYPE of business with these people. I still have not been able to get in touch with a supervisor. If anyone can tell me how, please let me know.

SaferWholeSale.com poor customer service lousy product

I purchased a 250 cc Commander ATV for my 16 year old son. From the very begining we had problems. First we ordered the color black as our primary choice and blue as our secondary choice. The day it was to be shipped we received a phone call from the company telling us they only had the color orange but, if we took the orange we would not be charged the $75.00 delivery fee. Since we were ording it for my son's buirthday we went with the orange. The ATV came a week late from their promised scheduled delivery date and we were charged the $75.00 delievery fee, (this fee was supposed to be wavied because they only had orange). When I ordered the ATV I was told all I had to do was put the wheels on and put gas in the gas tank and he could ride. This was not true, there was a considerable amount of assembly needed before the ATV could be driven. Before he could even ride it the battery came broken and I had to buy a re-placement battery for $45.00. Then my 16 year-old son only had the ATV for approximately two weeks during which time he rode it at most six times. Then the chain and chain gaurd, as well as, the screw-cap to the gas tank all broke. The thing never ran well to begin with. When I called and asked for re-placement parts I was told I had to buy them and even then I was given a hard time. Not wanting to deal with the company, I tried to buy the parts locally however, I could and still cannot find anyone who carrys the parts nor have I found anyone to work on these particular ATVs. The whole experience has been very bad I would never recommend either these particular chinese ATVs or buying from this company. I have spent hours and have made dozens of phone calls all in an attempt to get this ATV back on the road without luck. It has been four long frustrating months for both my son and I. The most up setting part about the whole experience has been the company's lack of interest, after they got my money they had no use for me and they most certainly let me know it. Unless you have money you can throw away do yourself a favor and stay away from this group of thieves.

Worse Service ever. Internet is slow, almost to a crawl. They are so damn cheap to the point that when your internet is down they refuse to reimbursement for all the down time. If they didn't have a "monopoly" in certain area's of Utah consumers could choose other services... Use to have Express Web--best service ever. But since this lousy So. Central Communications took over, its been hell. I HATE South Central Communications and others in this area do NOT like their service either. Even their customer service reps are rude. Management personnel can be just as rude. Long for the day that So. Central will go belly up... Won't miss it.

I am very disgusted with my experience with Safer Wholesale Starting with placing the Order and how they processed it and how they shipped it out, they are not good for customer service they put you on hold forever more then 15+min just to get in touch with their manager, very unorganized company, they claim the best and cheaper, bunch off crap. I had bought 150cc SlingShot from them they had shipped it on the side of a wooden skid Plastic wrapped, received it damaged and they are not at all cooperative in customer service. One of the worst companies to deal with it. I Wish it would be cold in NJ this year has been bad with the weather too many warm days I am waiting for a winter blast so I can put this nightmare on fire and make good use of this crap that worthless. Just for your FYI Don't get involved in this company it is a disaster waiting to happen if you have the time and patience to go run around and do as they want you to do. Big Company with crap customer service.

I purchased an atv from this company for my daughters birthday and was told approx 10-15 day delivery. well its been over a month and no delivery. so know i have a $429 dollar credit card bill and nothing to show for it. after doing my research about his company shame on me because they do this to everyone.

So far it will be 4 weeks since placing an order for $5650.00 and have gotten the same run around stated by other people. Conner said my paid for UTV would be shipped by now or would have a tracking number. Am going on a scheduled hunt and supposed to have my Landmaster 300. But nothing yet. Had I seen these reports I would not have even talked with these people.
I hope the reports are not true but it is beginning to look as being true. Take your money and run. If I have not received my order by May 1s
t I'm filing a report with the Attorney General if Ill to start with. This is theft on a grand scale if true. They have been more than rude at times and have no post on line to even show a purchase much less track an Item. My account shows no record. I did receive a hard copy, but what good is it? saferwholesale had scooters on sale for 589.95, place order and had a receipt for 609.90 and then we get a call later and they tacked on another $140 for shipping. The add says that if to business shipping is free and to home shipping is only $40. don't know where they came up with the $140 charge but swear that it says it on the site. I can't find anything on the site that states anything about a $140 shipping charge. Tried to cancel the order and am receiving the run around. I will never order another thing from this business!

My husband placed an order for two scooters last night but our children decided that they did not want them. Our bank account was already charged and when my husband called for a refund, he was told that there was a restocking fee of $632.85! How could there be a restocking fee if it has not even been shipped. In addition, the restocking is extremely high and unfair.

This is NOT true Caligirl11! We are a legally licensed dealer in the state of Illinois. This license gives us the ability to sell legal units to all 50 states! It is true that there are units that are not legal in California available for purchase, but we do NOT sell them to California. We have a whole line of CARB approved units for our California customers. Furthermore, if there is some type of refund actually due to a customer, we always mail it to them or issue it onto their credit card!

TERRIBLE COMPANY! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I placed an order for a moped with this company (Saferwholesale.com) in early 2011 and they failed to tell me that the particular moped ordered WOULD be illegal to operate in my state of California. After trying to cancel my order by emailing, calling, and computer assistance failed, I notified my bank and the BBB. Saferwholesale basically took my money for a bike that I would not be able to use once I received it; moreover, they refused to reimburse my total charges when I tried to cancel the next day. This company has no license to sell any bike or moped in the state of California! This company has been disguising themselves by changing their names and webite once lawsuits and BBB complaints have been filed against them. DO NOT believe their responses on here! They tell you to contact them but when you do, they never answer or reply to your emails or phone calls; and they'll definately give you the run-around! Lastly, my bank is going after saferwholesale for my money!

Who on earth did you speak with that told you something like that? We do NOT permit that type of treatment to our customers under any circumstances. We do in fact have alternate solutions available in a situation such as yours, such as exchanging the unit or even just sending it into our office for local repairs. We are NOT scam artists, and we do always take care of our customers within the scope of the terms and conditions of purchase. Please just contact our parts and warranty department and they will be happy to work out this issue with you.

With regards to your question about our corporation’s name, the answer is actually that we sell so many products; we have to have some way of keeping them straight. Sold me a portable space heater at over $300. Within days it did not work. Would not refund, would only send parts and said it was an easy fix. No instructions were included and it was a very complex electrical wiring. Told them I was unable to do this and asked for authorized dealer. Was told there is none, but I should be able to do it. I said I was not willing to risk my families life trying to do wiring beyond my scope. "I was then told "I guess you're screwed then" and they hung up.

Stay away and if you have dealt with them, take the time to post. I almost didn't, but feel I need to warn others. I also put in a call to the Attorney Generals Office and encourage you to do the same. They also operate under Efficient Future Inc and Great Sports Inc which has a string of complaints. Propably why they operate under a different name.

Let's keep forcing these crooks to change names by posting our experience..

If you have any questions about your order or ship time all you need to do is call into the office at [protected]. Generally the 10-15 business day timeframe equals out to being 2-4 weeks depending on when you order and if there are holidays involved. In over 10 years of business we have never had a customer not receive their merchandise unless the order was out of stock; In which case we can offer a comparable item or a refund at the customers discretion.

SaferWholeSale.com Took my money and never returned it.

In January 2009, I ordered a snowblower I desperately needed from these people. I paid $679.95. I never received the snowblower, as they claimed the shippment was delayed, then they were different from the one pictured so they had to email everyone a picture to see if they still wanted it. I never got an email from them. In March, I finally told some guy Conner to forget the snowblower and give me my money back. He said sure no problem, I would receive a check within 30-60 business days. Tomorrow is June 1st! And guess what, NO CHECK! I've emailed them too many times to count, and still no response. And when you call the phone number they tell you to email, and then hang up

I'm a single mom, on disability, and I really need my money back.

Can anyone help?

They told me the trike kit was motorcycle specific. It is not. They told me that it would fit my motorcycle. It doesn't. It would take major modification to make it fit. They won't make it right. 2500 down the drain. I was told that I'd have to pay to ship it back to them.

I ordered a sauna from safer wholesale. It cost $3098. I was charged $270 for shipping. The sauna arrived via UPS freight But the UPS driver told me that the packages were damaged and to inspect closer. I did and realized the roof of the sauna was damaged. The UPS driver told me if I wasn’t satisfied to refuse the package. I then refused the package and immediately contacted safer wholesale explaining that the sauna was damaged and I would like another one sent to me. They said “OK no problem, As soon as we receive it back we will send out another one”. Then out of nowhere a few days later I received an email that I will be charge $940 for shipping the sauna back to them, so they will only return partial of my refund. First off UPS doesn’t charge them anything to them if I refuse the package. Second the shipping back to them would have been $270 at the most. This is a complete and utter scam by this company. Look at their other reviews. Do not purchase from them! I’m starting to think they Do this all the time and I’m getting my lawyer involved. this is so wrong. I can’t stand when businesses take it advantage of people. They should be held accountable and I will not be letting this go.

When i received it, i saw that the axle was hard welded to the frame, even though the parts list said it had a torsion axle. When i emailed for help, i was told they were "always welded" and the instructions were old and wrong by a very insulting person. This axle makes it unsafe to carry passengers or fragile cargo.

Someone send me their bank information and information on if they have any items not in peoples hands let in Virginia like storage or even items coming into the commonwealth on trucks.
